Egh, Ronald is so creepy. If they ever revive the mascots, they can keep everyone else (Hamburglar, Birdie, etc) but they need to have Mac Tonight as the main character.
@Randy Savage Dude, I made that comment 2 years ago. Also, what are you talking about? There is nothing creepy about 2 men kissing at all, why does that bother you?
They took a LOT of artistic influence from popular children's TV shows, of the year/decade. I didn't realize until now how similar the styles of certain 90s commercials were to shows like Barney, Mr. Rogers, and other public access shows especially. (thinking now, it's probably because PBS shows were more likely to be recognized by children than cable shows, at least until the early 2000's when Nickelodeon was extremely popular, and which the franchise ALSO created derivative content based on with their animated series which LITERALLY HIRED animators who worked on Hey Arnold, As Told by Ginger, and Rugrats).
??? Writing like that was a common discipline for misbehavior, whether it was on a chalkboard or on paper. Not sure of it's implemented any longer these days
Ugh. Crayons and pails. That's totally what they used to give out. That's why anytime someone says "the Happy Meal Toys were so much better back then," I call BS. Sure, they hit their peak in the early 00's when they had full sized action figures for Monsters Inc, but the earliest "prizes" were pretty threadbare.
