Thank you for this video! I've been using Factor meals for the past few months because the time to cook is hard to find when university gets in the way, but having more free time now has made me start thinking with alternatives such as cooking myself. Excellently informative video with very pleasant vibes throughout.

Hello. Thanks to a friend, I received several meals from Chefs Plate and Hello Fresh. Terrific! Loved the food every time. I also find the employees to be courteous and helpful. Thanks to Dragon especially for good suggestions on the phone when I called in. Very impressed.

Pink chicken can be ok if it's at 165, color depends on age and type of chicken. Beware of blood in the tendons on drumsticks or legs, that's where the salmonella is concentrated. But for breast you should be OK, 165 kills the bacteria and that is higher than you need, it has a safety margin.

I had a discount code for Hello Fresh, and the standard meal came to around $7.50? So for a single person on the go, I hope it's worth it since most of the prep is done. I am waiting for my first delivery. Considering trying the other two after! Based on your video, I love the hippie packaging for sure. Chef's Plate is the only company out of the three that I haven't gotten advertisement in my mailbox for but does ship to my area. 🙂

I tried goodfood at first, I didn't really like the meals. Then I tried HelloFresh, and it might be the most expensive but OMG do I love the flavors of their meals!!! I now also try Cook it, it seems very nice and it's a bit less expensive... I hope it'll be good too but I can have between 2 different meal kits to choose :) It's the best thing ever for me as I'm trying to recover from an eating disorder :) (Oh and BTW, thanks for reminding me of Spatula City, I laughed so much ahahah)

Evelyne... if you're interested, we just tried a new fully prepared meal kit, called We Cook. It's a lot easier than these because it's microwaveable. We just did a video review for it as well. I don't know if you enjoyed the process of cooking, however if you didn't... these meals are really good and super easy!

I need a spatula. Ok, I need spatula. A backup spatula for my replacement spatula, a vegan/keto spatula, a vegetarian spatula, a halal spatula, gluten free spatula. Double that for baking, double that for backups.

My friends did dollar store food reviews on YT...it hurt watching them trying 😑 to make it work....this is making me hungry but is it cheaper then normal shopping and prepping? The freezer meat packages 📦 ad on tv drives me crazy! A person can't go to a store and pick out meat groups and put it in their freezer themselves? Pathetic.

Biodegradable is one of the most abused words under the green umbrella. Bleach is biodegradable. What we all need to be looking for is compostable. Thank you for the review.
