I understand about the pent up resentment, they have ruined all of my tomato plants, all that time and effort wasted, getting my electrical fence installed this weekend thanks for the explanation

If you put the insulators on your corner posts on the inside there will be no problem with them moving side to side. The wire will hold them in place.

Awesome setup ! I thought the same things as you I wanted to grow and save my own sweet corn seeds until I grew about 5 or so different O.P. sweet corn and was disappointed every time with the sweetness . For me the O.P. sweet corn wasn't much sweeter than my dent corn that I can pick in the milk stage and eat . The farmer knocked down a few stalks of his field corn in the milk stage I had to try it lol it wasn't too bad tasting . After eating it I thought shit he sprayed all kinds of junk on there lol . Thanks for sharing and have a great day !

Did you try the KS Dauman? I had similar experiences with OP as you say, and also lots of worms. The only issue I've had with this corn is some "smut" on some ears... but it is very sweet, really tasty. Here is the link: www.rareseeds.com/corn-damaun-ks-super-sweet

@@lambsquartersfarm Thank you . I will get some seeds for next year . My last planting of sweet corn was with synergistic sweet corn which is really good .

Is the bottom strand hot? If not do you need a jumper wire from top to bottom?
