Fake product or original, how can u find it out? Look for these points 1. Outside the box, u will get scratch card under which you will find a number which can be verified from Boya's website to check whether the product is fake or authentic. 2. Original manual has 14 pages, in Chinese and English the fake on has only 10 in English.

I am a Senior Citizen 71 years of age. Your simple, easy to follow explanation enabled me to set up Boya By M1 on my laptop in one go. Thanks tons. All others are so complicated explanations. You can use your normal microphone also for ur zoom class, it serves the purpose very nicely (if you have one audio input jack). Otherwise u can use both boya mic and headphones.

Hi Nidhi...i bought that mic...but my laptop is old one with seperate TRS jack for mic and headset. When I connected my boya mic in headset jack of it with switch on smartphone mode. ,very low voice coming. When connected the boya mic in mic jack of laptop with switch camera mode very low voice coming. Apart from this in all combination no voice coming. I also tried with increasing microphone levels as well as booster level in the settings of laptop but heavy noise and eco problem occurred. Guide me'

If your laptop has TRS slot then you will have to switch into Camera mode in Boya mic with battery on.

Live teaching ke liye boya sahi nhi hoga kyunki usme aap students jo bol rahe hai vo sun nhi sakte, it's only a one-sided communication. Boya is good for recording only. You can use normal microphone for that. But yadi sirf lecture dena h to u can plug in boya mic to ur phone & start speaking. No settings required.

with computer u don't need the battery & for noise, if you are recording ur screen turn off the computer audio

Congrats. With ur qualifications u can land up a Govt. job. One of the demerits of teaching online is it's only hard work with negligible return as u don't get viewers for ur content. I'm not discouraging u but why don't u try in schools first. U can start online as a part time also

Thank you for video. In my laptop right side inbuilt microphone is not working properly but front panel microphone speaker is working properly when I connect the jack in 3.5mm hole. Does the settings is to be done for inbuilt speaker or external microphone?

Boya will not show as a separate mic, as it is connected to the sound jack of your PC. Had it been a USB mic it would show as a separate mic. Use your default device in sound settings.

It's mandatory to put in the battery if you want the lav mic to work on your laptop. What's mentioned in the instruction manual that you showed seems like misinformation. Most people reading this comment can relate to what I'm saying here.

I’ve already explained the necessary settings. Maybe u can configure this in audio settings by selecting volume icon (right click) on the task bar on ur main screen down right.
