The book mainly focuses on the United States Army shoulder sleeve insignia and covers all of World War II in detail. All of the numbered Army Air Force and unique patches for World War II are shown as well as many patches of infantry units, artillery units and armor units. Army aviation, engineers, transportation, ordinance, medical and other major units of United States Army are shown in color.
