Hey everyone! Thought I would do something different, so a tier list of the mirrorless cameras I've either owned or thought about buying, seemed like a fun idea! Hope you guys liked it, a nice change of pace. Also let me know if you'd wanna see a lens tier list video! or some kind of either tier list video. This was super fun to make!

I know its your opinion.....but FUJI XT-4 is a super S, 4k60, internal 10bit, fuji simulations, 240p slow, IBIS, weather sealed, 400mps, flip screen, better viewfinder, the list goes on....

The A6000 is legendary. It was groundbreaking during its time. Interesting list and I'm happy to see the A6000 on top. I do feel that APS-C has been neglected. It may be due to the pandemic or phone cameras are getting too good.

XT-4 is the only APSC in the bunch that can do 10bit video internally that too in 4k 60p.

4k is overrated in my opinion. 60 fps is what matters for me and 10 bit is nice to have😀

I chose a6600 because the price was really close to a6400. And yes that bigger battery run circles around all apsc cameras in existence including fuji. In fact, it has one of the best batteries of all camera, period.

Enjoyed this video would love to see a similar one on lenses for sure and you could even do a series of videos on lenses like best to worst macro lens or best to worst portrait lenses. Keep up the great work.

Been 3 years shooting on phone, just bought the a6100 as my first camera. I was so fkn excited when you put it up there because no one really talks about it online. Hope it suits me :)))

Nice video. I am very satisfied with my a6000. The upgrades of the more expensive successors are things that I hardly use. The A6000's autofocus is more than enough for me as a landscape photographer. And. . . . . I love manual focus lenses.

A6000 is my main camera. I use it on manual focus with several vintage lenses. I also have 2 Lumix point and shoots as back up. I don't do video. My biggest problem is being able to see the screen in bright sunlight.

The Grip makes a X-T4 B Hmmmm you know it's the best APS-C Camera in 2021 as Image and Build quality. Plus Full weather Resistent and more. Sony is not getting close to that Camera (only in lowlight maybe a bit).

Hey man nice video. Glad to see a6000 on the top. People say Fuji X-T4 is the best. But personally I think it is very bulky and expensive for a APSC camera. Yeah it could be better than any Sony APSC camera but that’s because Sony reserve some features to full frame camera therefore you get more for what you pay.

I use A6400 for birds and macro and love it. Battery is good, I once got 700+ shots. Only downside is probably lack of IBIS. Rest it's a beast.

First of all I love all the videos you have made, I still consider myself as a beginner photographer, I started off several years ago with sony a5000, but it didn't have an effect, I moved up to a6000 and I agree a fantastic camera, a few months ago I bought a6400, I love everything about the camera except the batteries,I never get anywhere the pictures they say you can get out of the battery life, I thought about the a6600 when I bought the 6400, the 500 dollar difference made my mind up and I bought the sony 70- 350 lense with a little extra money instead, please keep making these fantastic videos

I am a Sony a6000 user myself but i believe that the best value for money camera is the Lumix G9 and the best overall is the XT-4. Sony a6000, a6400 etc are nice for stills but they don't have image stabilization. You cant really use em for video unless you own a gimbal or a tripod. Even then they are good for youtube but if you are serious about video then you need a camera that supports 10bit recording and has (real) IBIS. I think that the Sony aps-c cameras are good for photography, they have good autofocus but for video and professional use they are outdated.

I love the Sony a6000 and I’ve 2 plus a 5100 before. Had an m50 but sold it as the lens lineup is a joke. I enjoyed using the camera and it is well made but I need to know I can still get lenses in 2 years time. E mount all the way from now on.

I have the a5100 kyle and I use it for wedding videos. Its great. I just love it on a gimbal.

Two years ago I was between Sony A6400 and Fujifilm XT-3 (I was also considering Panasonic GH5 but finally I’ve persuaded myself to have at least APS-C for photos too if I can’t afford decent FF + more expensive lenses). Finally I’ve picked Fuji but many times I’m thinking if A6400 would be a better choice (especially for video). I like Fuji image and as I remember 4K60 looks better on Fuji (not sure if this Sony has 4K60 maybe FullHD) but many times I’d like to have this perfect autofocus as Sony has. On XT-3 autofocus is hunting heavily no matter the lens, you can decrease that adjusting distance for AF). Also Sony as I remember has better range of lenses for video work. Anyway all cameras have pros and cons. I’d put them on the same level I guess because they’re both great. Maybe slight advantage for Sony for convenience to use. With Fuji you just have to be a bit more patient 😅 And now lately came out so many good cameras such as Sony FX30, relatively cheap FF Panasonic S5II but when you invested in one system is hard pill to swallow for swapping to another.

I am confused to buy Panasonic S5 over XT-4 , if am into 90% photography the. Which one will ..suite me ... Also won't be upgrading to new Body in next 5 years. What is your suggestion?

I think the new "Nikon fc" would sit high on this list as well. APS-C Mirrorless "Z" with retro look, launched this week by Nikon, around $1K US...and a 'flippy screen"!

I purchased under EDU program last year Sony a6600 is a good camera for my opinion is the best SONY APS-C Great battery and grip repat is my own opinion. i bought the lens second hand and new step by step I got Sigma 16mm 30 mm and others from Sony too.

You know it's funny - looking back I really regret not being fully myself - but - I also like getting compliments about how I speak clearly. @@drakeb6168 the fotasy is really a super budget option. It's not very sharp outside the center. Would suggest maybe the 25mm Pergear. It's a little wider and a bit better quality on the overall image. Or checkout others like Meike, 7Artisans, and TTArtisan.

Eh grip is subjective dude. I’m huge, six 3 and hands the size of Mandingo and yea the XT3 has a doable grip but put a battery grip on it. these are prograde APSC cameras so chances are most users will have a grip on it. Even without a grip it’s very manageable considering the Sony A6000 who is smaller and thinner so the bottom part of your hand can’t rest on the camera body.

Since the list is my preference, probably B, maybe C. I don’t need the features it has, and I don’t walk around vlog anymore. Still a great option for beginners, vloggers, Ans streamers though.

You must first use canon m50 mark ii, understand the key differences and then form your opinion. Eye auto focus in servo mode, eye auto focus in movie mode, small focus point in servo mode, wastly improved continue object tracking performance, inbuilt vertical video format- no post processing required , direct posting to social media and connection to canon cloud...all these so called software features/firmware upgrade is far more worth than 50-100 dollar price difference.

@@kyletaggart that's the difference between youtuber/reviewer and real user..eye auto focus is game changer as compared to focus and recompose method..works fine in static portraits..but not for pon the move candid portraits..anyway importance of features is highly subjective.

Bro you are comparing a 2000 usd camera to a 900 usd. XT4 is very bulky and expensive for a APSC camera in my opinion. With that price you could easily buy a Sony Full Frame camera

I respect your opinion, but to be honest: This Tier List makes no sense at all. You compare a camera like the X-Pro 3, which is a like a wet dream for "photographers" with the Sony 6xxx lineup, which is mostly used for video and literally nobody buys for photography. And the joke is, you don't even talk about specs, quality, usability... you only talk about the screen and put it in D?! Dude... and the XT-4 in B becaus of the grip... give me a break. But I know it's your opinion, ok. Nevertheless, next time focus on a specific topic like Video, Photography, RU-vid Production, Streaming, Vlogging or whatever..

Thanks for watching. An interesting thought - if is think of a great camera, and then think of it being horrible to hold. That’s kinda where I’m coming from. Having no grip makes no sense to me. The X Pro 3 - like every other camera here, probably can achieve awesome results, the screen thing just kinda kills it for me. It’s a tier list of preference, which it’s all good to have a diff pref. I do like the idea of a category though, so thanks for the idea!

@@kyletaggart I still don't get why the screen kills it for you. As a photographer you look at your subject through the Viewfinder. And the flipping screen is more like a bonus feature, since its always protected when not using it.

I think it allows for other creative shots that you can’t just get with a viewfinder. I’m not always shooting in the viewfinder, although it’s most of the time. Just kinda wild to me to take it away. I haven’t used it, I picked to include in the list bc I read about it and was getting wide eyed at what it could do.
