They always come with the updated BIOS? No, they don't. I've purchased 4 of those board this year and they all required updating in order to use the 5000 series AMD.
@@StolenJoker84 One of the four was definitely old as it had the original launch BIOS. Most of the B450 boards sold are likely to have a BIOS revision that's pre-5000 series capable.
anything B450 for a budget build is fine. You only really need to step up to something higher if you have a specific need like PCIE 4.0 or a ton of SATA ports etc.....
What b550 mobo would you recommend? I'm planning an r 5 3600 and rtx 3060 12gb budget build. I want *b550* because of the pcie gen 4 and the nvme 4x4. *Wifi* is a must and I don't really need a second m.2 slot. Also it must be in *m-ATX* form factor. And I think that's it. Thanks in advance! ❤
As I am building a desktop not laptop. I prefer to ditch wifi and bluetooth and go with the board which gives me ease to upgrade. Like with mediocre B550 mobo, I can easily pair R7 5700X without hesitating that the VRMs will blow.
Nothing wrong with Wifi and Bluetooth built in. It’s helpful for an mATX sized PC to have built in modules (which are removable) to free up any slots for your other PCiE stuff, in case you need it. For example, my GPU is too big to find room for my wifi/BT card on top of my PCiE Elgato Capture Card. My build needs Wifi & BT because of the equipment I use involving a 3D printer in the opposite side of the apartment. Router is inaccessible without drilling holes.
Hiya, for the new gpu that and announced, can't find it at the price they promised, only in the thousands. Can you do an update on that whole situation? Thanks
I got the b550 and waiting for the other parts, I will use the ryzen 5 5600x too, but is it really that important to update the bios, I mean will the pc post if I don't update the bios?
I would like to buy a Pc from zero but I have low budget, is it a good option a ryzen 5 5600G or Ryzen 7 5700G while and then buy a GPU that could match one of those? Or should I go straight for a Cpu GPU that go well instead?
Hey zach i found an insanely cheap pc case the gamemax siege case with 4 preinstalled argb fans and there are no reviews on it yet can you see if its legit?
I have a question: Does the rtx 3070 ti can go in to any motherboard or does it give specific motherboards because my mother board looks exact like the one in the video and I have an gtx 1650 and I want an upgrade Pls answer
I have heard a lot about the 6700 xt for budget builds on this channel but now im wondering whether or not the 6750 xt is an upgrade or a waste of money.
how do i get the most out of my igraphics?, i have a dell Inspiron 3525 ryzen 7 5000 series with the integrated radeon graphics and i get a huge bottleneck while gaming
I'm shopping for a budget gaming laptop: I prefer rtx over amd for some reason idk My budget range is somewhere near victus i5 12450H, asus tuf i5 12500H (I'm not using price as price varies according to offers and region) should i go for i7 11th gen or i5 12th gen Also, is Acer Nitro V i5 13th gen with rtx 4050 any good, it seems too good for it's price
Hey I really really need an answer for my question!🙏 I have A Old PC with Just 1 molex Port available Cause The other one Molex Port use for Power starter PC I want To buy rx 580 and Molex to 6 pin But I just got to know that Rx 580 need 8 pin so can molex to 6 pin enough to power the Rx 580?I check Google and it say the other 2 port doesn't important 🙏
Rate my build, which is already above my budget but I'm waiting for Amazon prime day for deals. I live in Canada BTW. So here it is: Ryzen 5 5600x, Asus dual Radeon rx 7600 xt OC 16g, 32gb ddr4 Corsair Vengeance rgb pro 3600, msi mag B550 Tomahawk MAX, EVGA 850bq 80+ bronze 850w, Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO cpu air cooler, Fanxiang 2tb m.2 ssd, and for case NZXT H6 Flow which comes with 3 fans that I will have at the front for intake, and a pack of 3 Thermalright TL-C12C-S X3 120mm fans on top for exhaust.
You can get a Ryzen 5 3600 or the Ryzen 7 3700x, if your looking for Intel CPUs I would go with an i3 12100f or i5 12400f. A great GPU that you can find used is the Rx 5700xt. Hope that helps!
Any good gaming laptop that performs well preferably at $1000 max(I’m in Albania and a 3060 costs 700-800 dollars so I definitely won’t upgrade and buy on Amazon since shipping is 150$)
Bro I am having RX 6400 and Ryzen 5600X i am planning to upgrade my GPU which one would be best for me My budget is 350$, If i can get any 12GB GPU then It would be good.
Can you like “fill in the blanks” I guess for this build: RTX 4090, Ryzen 7 7800, 32 gigs of ram Normal atx board btw pls Make it expensive And all from Newegg
Whats the best gpu, power supply and case to match this? And im new to computer stuff but can i take my ssd out of my laptop and just switch everything that way? Or do i need a new ssd and copy of windows
@@abdulshubhan5301 damn. I just heard that windows is tied to your motherboard on gaming laptops and my laptop is nice but only has a i7 11800h and a 3050ti 60w so its not exactly a gaming beast. I just dont want to buy a copy of windows or redownload my stuff i was hoping i could just switch the laptops ssd to my desktop or atleast copy the drive to another drive... oh well. Ty
Always aim for a "GPU" bottleneck whereas you get a strong CPU and a weak GPU.. Where the GPU Utilization would always be 99-100% and the CPU would be nowhere near 90% utilization when benchmarking or gaming
if you are buying a new system i would really recommend going with a 7600 even if it is more than enough for a 3060 it will be much much better (even the fastest am4 gaming chip, the 5800x3d is about as fast as a 7600 in gaming )
The biggest problem about the motherboard is its outdated am4 socket, which means you won’t be able to upgrade your cpu to a current gen amd cpu. So it’s better to stay away from anything with am4, if you have enough budget.
