@@TheIntelligentBrain I am a pharmacist. So I know what I am talking about. They have the same ingredients same formulae. With exception of vitamin k. Yes theragran ultra has more iron that may lead to constipation other than that all other ingredients are same

Drip ya injection me koi multivitamins nahi aty. Sirf neurobion available hai jis me sirf 3 vitamins hoty hain. Vitamin B1, B6 and vitamin B12... Is k elawa vitamin b12 alehda se b available hai injection me. Lekin injection me koi b multivitamins available nahi hain. Ye villages and gali muhallay me baithy log bas awaam ko dhoka dety hain.
