I personally live here in Ashburn Village and it is hands down the best neighborhood I have ever lived in. Ashburn Village features great amenities, 8 man made lakes, a 32,000 SQFT sports complex, close to many restaurants, close to WHOLE FOODS and so much more.

David... We r living NY now One of ur videos says that we could put 5% down payment... is that for pretty much everybody or only qualified people ? NY requires 20% down for most of everybody.. If I could put 5%, I would be sooooooooooooo happy Thanks

@@LivinginNorthernVirginia sorry One more question When it’s time for me to get a loan, what should i do? Should we apply it from here (NY) , or there(VA)? Where does better work for us? If 5% down payment, I have to pay PMI?

@@mijinoh5297 100% you want to get Pre-approved with a local lender who knows our market. I work with the best lenders in the area. Unfortunately you will have to pay PMI when you put less than 20% down.

I think Goose creek village is the best value. Homes here are in high demand and Stone Bridge High school 🏫. Closest to Dulles greenway and bus station 🚉 to subway. Shopping is walking distance as is healthcare and vision and dental. Highest elevation in Loudon county. Your sleeping 🛌 on Goosecreek village. Ashburn village homes are too old and subject to repair
