Very informative video! Thanks! The “affordable” wording is being used a bit loosely though 😅. I’d say affordable means 300k-400k tops, unless you’re coming from a ridiculous city like NewYork, LA, etc. Still great video.

Me.. a professional solo widow with a budget of $300-400K wanting a decent home for my teens and I *cries* (lol) Beautiful homes.. prices are so crazy.. even as a professional with a decent income it's a pain to afford alone.

I love the homes in the mid $400s. However, I have a Labrador Retriever dog and need a fenced yard where my dog cannot see or disturb neighbors. Do these CDD homes permit fencing?

Some communities do require certain types of fencing, but putting up a fence for your for baby is definitely not an issue

Was there a particular neighborhood that you had a interest in this video? There was a range of prices mentioned in this video from as low as 380,000 and up.
