Rahway being more north will definitely be pretty high. Typically the farther south you go the cheaper the taxes. Brick starts off Ocean County which will be much less. For my 3 bed Townhome that’s worth about 400K I pay 5500 for the year. That same place in Monmouth county probably jumps to 8-9k
