Greg: Super job on your videos, live in the King & Bear and are looking at the Nocatee area to downsize and enjoy the retirement lifestyle that it looks to provide. Could you rank the Nocatee area developments for age group over 70 years old with resources to build or buy without a mortgage. Your thoughts. G.K. Stev

Nice video! I just went to Jax 3 weeks ago. I also toured Nacatee. It is good for young families! I am looking for a retirement community (not 55+!). Do you know any sub communities at Nacatee that are more suitable for retired people? If not, which one on your list would be the best for retirement? Thank you very much!
