I've been playing Fields of Mistria nonstop those past days, it's just so perfect, I love everything about it (besides the combat, which feels a bit tacky). I've also been really excited to play Everafter Falls and Little-known Galaxy someday when I'm able to buy them
I'm so gutted, the demo just ended recently as it was only up for the Steam Next Fest... But on the plus side, this should mean that release is right around the corner in August!🔮
Very good video for lots of different people who like these types of games, the quality is great and as you can see from the views you have had it is touching lots of people, keep up the quality videos ❤
I LOVE the concept of Fantastic Haven but I'm such a stickler about camera angles and how far the camera is from the characters. I get they want to show off the beautiful environments but I also want to see the characters without squinting. If they had a closer perspective it'd probably be one of if not my favorite game. I get they do it for advertising purposes but I really don't like when games with this perspective use the close-up 'footage'. Like I was all excited until you showed the gameplay and I was like 'oh its this one...😔💔'. I understand that there ARE fans of this perspective (or else they wouldn't make games with it 😂) but its sad when that's the only thing making me not get it. I know some people are probably going to be like 'just get over it it's not a big deal 🙄' which I understand but I don’t know if its because of my autism or what but I just can't get over it. I'm my own worst enemy with stuff like this 💔.
I totally get your perspective! Everyone has their own likes and dislikes... even when it comes down to camera angles! 😊 I'm getting the vibe that Fantastic Haven is going to be a more management/planet zoo style game rather than a full RPG if that makes sense... which is fine but I definitely want full cam views of the cute animals 😅 I suppose my advice would be to try new games where possible (if they have good reviews that is)! For example, I didn't think I'd be into Stardew Valley because of the pixel art style but because of the reviews I gave it a try anyway and was so blown away by it! Now I'm way more into pixel art games because I know they can be amazing. ❤️
Ova Magica sounds like such a cool concept but unfortunately those graphics look like a cross between cocomelonesque children's animation and generic farmville type mobile app... Way too oversaturated
I'm only halfway but...Fields of Mistria just...feel plagiarized?? I'm not sure if it's just the style, but it feels like they literally traced anime screenshots
