Pretty clever if you can hang with 500 series gear I could never find love in the 500 modules I’ve got too many old original rack boxes Maybe that’s why I’m reluctant But still Cranbourne has great stuff and for 500 users pretty groovy

switch from cubase a year and half ago cubase was just to fake expensive to get their updates it pushed me away i do miss something about cubase but fl is working good with me also they just need to work on using external synths for midi

In terms of interface, I think Yamaha needs to take a new path in design like UAD, I think Yamaha's interfaces are 90% horrible in terms of appearance, I don't know about converters

Because 9 times outta ten the music people make on it sounds generic and you can tell it was made on fruity loops because they use the stock sounds and samples. It's like if you made beats on a two hundred dollar yamaha keyboard. Lol. But...If you know how to use it and steer away from the stock sounds and vsti's, or you make EDM, no one can tell.
