Hey metal fans - if you like original, polished sounding death metal with cleans and melodies, Nija is an amazing new album (August 7) from Orbit Culture. You can tell that none of the songs are filler and they each execute different ideas brilliantly with fast, slow tempos and excellent dynamics. They are not a 1-trick pony band who rehashes the same song 10 times to fill an album. Love Nija, love Orbit Culture, and I think you will too! Go listen on spotify! PS - the clean vocals definitely sound like Hetfield

Stacy Manning ...and slated to open for Maiden this summer in Paris until our unwelcome friend Rona showed up. That show is re-scheduled for next summer now. Just amazes me that Banger has given no mention of them throughout the years of the self-titled, Black Waltz, Hail the Apocalypse and Feathers and Flesh. Come on man. Avatar is one of the best live acts out their right now.
