In this video we take you on a tour of what could be one of the next biggest mountain biking destinations in the United States, Cacapon State Park!
They recently received a 3.5 million dollar economic development grant (the first of it's kind in the nation) to build 35 more miles of single track in the next few years, which gives Cacapon State Park the potential to be the next Bentonville!
In this video we share our experience checking out the awesome skills area as well as some popular trails such as Giddy Up, Thunderstruck and more!

These trails look great! You two make some great content and I love that you give a good preview of the trails, including the infrastructure surrounding it. My wife and I have been riding together for almost 20 years on the East Coast and ride some of the same trails. You should check out White Clay/Middle Run in Delaware, Fairhill in MD, Wissahickon in PA, 6 Mile in NJ or Lake Noxamickon Bucks County PA. We just got EMTBs last summer and have been mostly riding trail with the E-bikes and we travel almost every weekend to ride somewhere exciting. I wish I had your energy and motivation to make videos. Keep up the good works and thanks for making these.

We have been to Nox and made a video about it but the other places you mentioned are definitely on our list! Thank you for the suggestions! Looks like an awesome spot. I'm in SW PA and been searching for some more exciting mountain biking locations to check out. Only a little over 2 hours from the greater PGH area.

Visited here in 2022. They were still working on thunderstruck. Hadn't even started some of these other lines. I climbed the fire road and went down giddy up. Various others from there. Best time of my life. We were staying nearby for a couple days.

It's the best thing in life to share your passion with your partner. I've been lucky enough to have a wife that shares my same passion for riding. We have ridden thousands of miles together. If you want your wife to ride, start easy. Just go to a lake or nature trails and get her riding. Make sure she has her own bike that is capable and she is comfortable. Slowly you can introduce her to more challenging trails. THe most important thing is to just have fun.

that second drop is soooo smooth. Thunderstruck is the worst trail i have ever ridden lol I hated every second of it. We gotta ride again sometime!

Right! That landing is butter. We definitely liked the flowier trails more than thunderstruck and I was bummed it sauced my tire. 😂 And yeah man that would be fun! 🤙

Thanks for subscribing! 🤘 If I remember correctly, he had his bike stuffed in the back of his SUV and didn’t have a rack. We were initially a bit concerned but ultimately it ended up being a sweet deal! We don’t usually lend our car to strangers 😂

From info online and the signage near the mountain bike trails it looks like dogs are allowed on the trail as long as they are on a leash! You can always check with the park to be sure. Hope this helps!
