#10 Is Locks Quest a cool tower defense game, you build the walls and fight the enemies, and also build the custom towers in a mini logical game. Yeah, I spoke too fast and I had my old crap microphone so the audio is not the best here. :)
Yeah, I am in the same boat, just with the PS1 / 2 / 3, DS / 3DS / SNES etc library. :) Every time I think that I got all the must play games, I find a few more. :) I am glad that you found the video useful. :)
Despite I have a Switch and a Steam Deck, my DSi XL and my New 3DS Xl are my favourite portable consoles, I love the fact that you just slide it into your pocket and a huge library of fantastic games are with you.
@@TheBacklogQuest. I like Switch, but Nintendo lost it's magic little bit. DS and 3DS had very unique experiences. Back in the day almost every 3DS game that I bought was mind blowing because of 3D effect, It had certain sound and vibe. :) As far as someone has 3DS with IPS screens, has best gaming sessions by comparing to other more modern handheld systems.
I cannot agree more. :) I love and enjoy the 3D effect it is not just a gimmick, and all this on a portable console its fantastic! Switch is a cool console but a completly different world.
"Tom Clancy's EndWar. The RTS Version of this on the consoles was bad, but this is not." Let's fix that sentence: "Tom Clancy's Endwar." The Turn-based tactics version of this on the handhelds is bad, but console version was not." That's better. Please continue. Jokes aside. I am playing the DS (PSP) version now, and I am struggling to understand how the damage calculates. It is not clear how much HP Damage I will do to the enemy or I will take from the enemy.
I disagree! :) I really enjoyed both the PSP and the DS version as well. I played the PS3 version with voice commands which was interesting but it was a struggle after a while. However the normal controls are probably fine. But now mentioning the console / pc version, do you think its worth playing? I am big fan on strategy games, so don't mind giving a second try. :) Regarding the damage amount I checked both the DS and the PSP manuals and it did not mention anything regarding the damage. The only info is just that the units has 6 health points.
@@TheBacklogQuest. I love the game. It has flaws, but I played it a ton back in the day. I'm probably the most active EndWar content creator at the moment. I'm hoping to review the DS/PSP version and it's slow going playing through it. There's more story in the DS version and I really like that part!
why not mention The Settlers?? :O Anno 1701, LEGO Battles (I'm not fan of Lego games but this title is an amazing RTS), Robocalypse... mentioning Plants vs Zombies but not these gems over here is absurd
I am a big fan of settlers 2 on PC I played it many times, but the DS version is unplayble because of the bugs. :( You are right, robocalypse is fantastic! I did not heard about lego battles, but thanks for mentioning it I will check it out. And yes both Anno games on DS is also fantastic, I am going to do a second part of this video where I am going to mention these as well.
