I have never made a no-bake cheesecake, just baked ones, but they can be a pain, so I am so going to try this, that texture looks amazing and putting lotus cookies in with graham in the crust is a stroke of genius. LOL Thank you for your wonderful recipes!

Hey sis I love cheesecake. look so good I wish I was there to get a piece thanks for sharing your recipe. Sunday I'm going to be baking brownies with a German chocolate icing topping. My birthday is coming up June 3rd and the cake that I want for my birthday since it's a special birthday for me. I'm going to get a cansada birthday cake. It is with the strawberries the pudding and the whip cream the cake is so good. I'll be celebrating my 65th birthday. Can't believe it but I praise God that I don't look 65, people say that I look like I'm in my early 50s or late forties that's a blessing. God is good. Enjoy your delicious strawberry cheesecake.

Oh my goodness, I'm so glad I clicked on to this video. I'm a cheesecake fiend & I have been making the no bake cheesecakes (as well as baker) for years, and they used to always come out fine. But for the last few years, they haven't been setting up well for me at all. I think it was the whole can of sweetened condensed milk I was adding as well as maybe too much lemon juice??? But thank you so much for this. I'll try it this way.

Oh yeah, and I had the Lotus cookie butter at Walmart and I really liked it. So I think the crumbled cookies would be divine in this. I live recipes that have a different take.
