I just upgraded my graphic card but it was like nothing had changed. Thanks to all these settings I can tell the difference! Very helpful! Thanks for the video 👌
BTW if upon using the settings in the video your Blender interface becomes blurry/out of focus: 1. Turn Antialiasing-FXAA OFF 2. Put the Antialiasing Mode on Enhance the application setting That should fix it.
Very important, thank you for this! I was already troubleshooting but this fixed it :) Also this might be a me-issue but my gpu is still not working together with blender for some reason. My screen is black/unrendered and then is not responding
Sub! I was looking for THIS, I have an Alienware x17 R2 3080 i7 64RAM 4T, and it was OK, can't work with big projects, but now I notice how fast I can move objects or move around. Well done! I"ll let you know of the results in the next days working with big projects.
Thank you. I was getting out of memory errors in blender 3.6.1 with 2070super and 1080ti, with scenes where this shouldn't be the case. This fixed it!! Cheers.
A rather wide mix of important, Neutral, and irrelevant settings. Most of these are default but its not bad to have all of them listed in one place. It would be great as a follow-up a description on what each setting and what it does and a idea of the expected effect/change with Blender specifically. Thanks for the video.
yes, I am not criticizing, this video is fine. Just that the next one might be good to explain the settings as some have more effect, are default and some you may not want to change for good reason. @@FlixityOfficial
Currently rendering a scene and blender keeps running out of gpu after a few frames. Usually I'd ignore this & restart everytime but today I decided to look for some sort of solution. After watching this video, I got more than I bargained for. I can playback my animation in blender better than usual. It's currently rendering so I'm keeping a look out for what happens after a few frames, regardless, this video helped so I appreciate that. Thank you ✌🏾.
Update: Still crashes after a few frames so I have to adjust number of frames and restart everytime but on the upside, blender now opens up a lot faster.
You're welcome. Glad it helped. Try to allocate more gpu to blender by closing all background apps. It also depends upon your gpu. What's your current gpu?
@@FlixityOfficial Yeah, it does get the job done. I finally finished rendering after every GPU runout, I'd reset the number of frames and resume. I just have to get better at optimizing my scenes.
This video is really useful. I mean you can throw away your gaming laptop without having experienced any of its benefits while using Blender if these settings are not activate. It would be a total waste. Thanks for your video.
Very interesting, Thanks. What if your using multiple versions of Blender that are in the Zip format (in other words, not installed onto the main system drive) I guess you could point it to one of the Blender versions executables. Interested to know what the settings do and how they impact Blender.
You're welcome 🙂. You can run any executables as a result it will change the blender version only. These gpu settings will be lost as you will change versions, you have to apply program settings again in nvidia control panel settings!
I just add nvidia geforce gtx 3060 ti 8gb graphics card into my PC... I have some doubt after installed it. 1. Is there sufficient for some good type 3d videos making?\ 2. Is these settings are online? or it relevant with Card other details, like its warranty? 3. How can I satisfied that my card is working properly with full strength? or How can I check full strength of my Machine after adding this card and i7 10th gen processor?
Hi. Many are saying that for Blender game drivers give more performance, studio drivers stability. So getting best performance is it still better use game drivers? Are You tested this?
Hii....can you help me.whenever I try to put cloth animation on banner and then try to check it whether it's falling smoothly or not , the whole system hangs, the laptop has to be restarted only then it works .can you help me, tried most of solutions on RU-vid but nothing works.we need to forcefully push the power button to close it.Even cannot open end task bar to close the app
i have gForce GT730 and Gforce experience deny to register my gpu. and some steps are missing in my nvedia conteol pannel and after doing it has not any impact on bleander
Really Good Video. Too Bad it does not help for me... I use a GeForce RTX3060 and everytime I try to bake it does like 1 frame per 5 Minutes, with the CPU doing everything and the GPU running on 0%. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Have been researching for 3 days straight...
Thanks........hope it will work with my case "system is out of gpu and shared host memory". I'm using Win 11, Blender 4 and RTX 3060 12 NVRAM. Any suggestion?
@@FlixityOfficial not yet . so should i apply of your this video method ? because i did'nt applied yet . i just did blender settings prefrences setup. but its not enable there . not cude nor even optix
Hey I have rog strix scar g733zm With rtx3060 6gb and i912th but my blender cant render in cycle very well and in render my blender get off and my GPU never use 100% mostly it use 30% how can i fix that
I read all the comments. Everything is positive. So I have hope that mine will work. I will try this when I am free. If it works, I will definitely hit the subscribe button. and I will share this video with my blender friends.
Do you see nvidia studio driver in geforce experience? Is blender available to optimize in nvidia control panel settings? If so then you can otherwise it ia not supported!
Can you suggest me a render settings for animation... My specs are...intel core 7...rtx 3050 4gb.... 16gb ram... I have the issue gpu out of memory when render time 💔
It says error out of memory when your gpu ram is low. Apply all these settings and enable gpu acceleration in blender. Close all gpu consuming programs in the background and try again
You need to enable nvidia studio driver in geforce experience. You need to add blender in Nvidia control panel for customization. Watch my video till the end to find out, I have explained everything in details!
