Gotta give credit to this guy, he is so good and from personal experience I know how hard those solos are by playing the baritone myself, not even attempting these songs so well played 'baritone guy' well played
Great control of that baritone, and great timekeeping drummer! Makes me want to practice my baritone which is standing against the wall in its case next to the television in my small apartment where it's been for the past 3 weeks since back surgery! Kudos!
He's manipulating the reed with his mouth to bring out the harmonic overtones. The bari sax has a big reed so it lends itself well to that stuff and the super high pitch altissimo range, which are the notes that are beyond the saxophone's natural range.
These guys are gangsterrrrr...get down ya dirty dogs!! Love the bari and drum duo. It's a similar concept to Royal Blood but obviously a different sound. I LOVE it. Brasshouse pioneers..
I believe it’s called “kazooing” you sort get very little mouthpiece in your mouth and try to play a low note, then move your tongue and jaw around and sort of sing to get the Notes you want
+Lillie Munster Yes, however temporal materialistic locations will never withstand the eternal presence of that missed musical genius. In terms of natural law ;p
If I was in NY I'd drop a 20 in your guitar case. Since I'm not I suggest you start selling shirts. I'll buy one for me and each of my friends. Love you guys! Keep it up!!
