That's why Charles was a beast. 6'5" and 260 when playing. He was strong, flexible and heavy at the same time. He had all the components to be a great rebounder and he was a monster under the rim.

It's crazy how Charles is considered a power forward/big man but is only a few inches taller than Ernie & Kenny. Pretty much dominated the league being undersized (height wise) during his prime, but now he just can't resist Krispy Kreme donuts and plays golf like Ray Charles

Man it really is incredible he weighs 300 there. I know he’s around 6’5” but with his shirt off he does not look more than 250. Some people just hold their weight differently.
