@@marcusnoya when you look at the AS1 cast as a whole, it's a powerhouse, but it was all ruined when the production decided to make them work as pairs, historically, that's a set-up to fail to most of these queens especially when they lack chemistry together (e.g. Pandora with Mimi). Just consider what happened in the makeover challenge on s13 when they were judged as pairs, and that I guess would rest my case.

I have rewatched this season twice, along with countless "best of" clips online. I don't understand why Shannel was robbed of the top 2 spot! It really irks me. Performance wise, she was neck and neck with Chad and they obviously won the same amount of challenges as a team. I thought she deserved to be in the final 2, but I am glad that Chad took the crown.

@@moonstoneuniverse8516 she was known for that as that was a part of her show before and outside of Drag Race. And they let her pick her up multiple times to have better camera angles just to play her dirty afterwards. You can see her face crushing after hearing the famous "Drag is not a contact sport" line. They did her dirty. P.S.: As I was informed from @luigisoldier the multiple pick ups to have better camera angles have been proven wrong. Sorry for writing about it.

Chad was never one of my favourites but her shouting “YES” will forever give me goosebumps. Chad was always so hungry for that win but knew that moment was so much bigger than the competition. Screaming for that friendship over the crown was a moment I’ll never forget.

I really enjoyed Chad and Shannel's energy and relationship throughout this season. You can really tell that they both care for one another and they both highly respect each other's drag. It was great seeing them as such good friends. 💜🤝
