I agree. By the time I noticed the show, Anthony was fired. I heard the program on RU-vid and it was so funny I wanted to hear new stuff but it was gone by the time I discovered it. Jim and Sam is good to listen to but it’s not O&A.

He appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience recently & proved how important he is, not only to comedy, but to free speech. That’s how I really feel. I feel Anthony is a stand-up comedy genius who never became a stand-up comedian, but through the medium of radio & podcasts, new generations who are lucky to stumble across him can appreciate his quick wit & hysterical dark humor. That’s how I really feel, sir.
I love Ant. 🤣 Listening to my older brothers dying laughing over him at a young age helped shape a sense of crude humor for me. I'm grateful this stuff is archived so I can understand and enjoy it at a normal age.

The first call with Ant yelling over the “pursuit of happiness” has so much relevance today. I wish he was an uncle of mine, just so I could sit and hear him talk about life.
My parents grew up in the same parts of Long Island that Anthony lived in, around the same time. I get a kick out of him because he reminds me so much of how my family thinks and speaks. It’s like talking to the crazy uncle you still love.

The hipster thing was funny, but the brief part that lead into it, Ant imitating the wannabe guy in the pizza place, was friggin hysterical. I wish that had gone on for five minutes. "MAD slices, yo. Three dollars!" Hahaha. That ruled.
it's funny because i haven't listened to that clip in years, but just came across it again here and it reminds me so much of the new hipster pizza joint in Philly. There is a section in Philly called Fishtown that used to be very blue collar a long time ago, but has become almost hipster-yuppiefied. It's a bunch of well to do suburban dorks dying to show their "independence" by having their mommy and daddy pay for them to live in the city and just like in Brooklyn, they all dress like assholes. This pizza shop is called Pizza Shackamaxon and while the pizza is very good, the guys who run it are pretentious smug jerkoffs to the customers. The place is hole in the wall and you are crammed in the building with all the hipsters yelling the most cringe inducing shit back and forth to each other. I worked right near it and like i said the pizza is very good, so i would stop there often. One day i went in and the ...person? who took my order literally looked like Rupaul and then there was like 5 white kids who were taking turns trying out dance moves in between bites and by that point i had enough and never went back.

About maybe six months ago, there was some kind of reset or format change, and so many videos that used to have a lot of info in the description suddenly no longer did. I don't know, man. I'm not sure where that part is offhand. But anything you listen to is gonna be funny. I feel like the hipster part is pretty early though, like within the first hour.
Less jealous of Ant's comedic talent, as he made millions exploiting that talent, but more that he lost control of the show over the years and the dynamic therein. This led to him having an increasingly reduced voice as the chemistry between Ant and Jim was much more prominent, leaving him listening and taking the minutia of the show, like taking calls, trying to shoehorn in live chat comments that would be ignored, etc.

Shut the water off so it at least doesn't overflow. Also, if you know the clean up is bad, flush after you push to get the mess down and flush after every wipe so it doesn't all build up into a clog
