I absolutely adore the phone scene where they're just legitimately goofing off together, and that's part of the story. So they can just completely let themselves go and try to make each other laugh. It's REALLY beautiful.
holy shit yes! I've been doing the same thing!! it's honestly a pretty steamy moment when bill turns to look at Kristen, right?! the chemistry between them, wowza!
You can tell by the way they approach comedy that they both have the chops for any kind of acting challenge you give them. Like the SCTV cast, they are actors first and last, unlike many SNL cast members, who were more standup comics than actors.
The funniest part was Tommy Lee Jones's face in the audience. He takes himself so seriously when the camera catches him he looks like he's actually angry about this bit. And after learning about how he treated Jim Carrey when they met it makes it even better. My soul is satisfied knowing he had to sit there and watch this lmmfao. Plus San Saba Texas sucks.
I just noticed that the new "Most Replayed" RU-vid feature totally pops up during the first 12 seconds which is precisely the chunk of it I have been replaying over and over like a weirdo. When Bill looks over to Kristen? Are you fkn kidding me? How are they not in love and how did they not kiss right then? That was electric!
Skelton Twins is one of my favorite movies. Such a beautiful story, lots of really raw emotional scenes. Cannot recommend it enough. But bring your Kleenex and your ugly crying face 🤣
I have a friend and we have the exact same chemistry, always cracking up and gigling when we talk. Don't see each other often because our partners are a bit jealous of it 😅
@@emily-tg8wk Hey, thanks so much for the reply! I hate to both you, but do you know where I can see this full clip? This is such amazing, absurd improv.
