@@thanujakadesilva3592 Well how muscle bound is he? ANd he is an actor, we don't know what he can do in a real fight against someone who is expert and not over muscled, and if he can do well...is that his muscles helping or rather the techniques, which would even be better if not a body builder figure? ANd anyone can learn martial arts and gain ability, techniques etc...whether they are over muscled, skinny or fat etc...but the point is, they will be much better in execution and fighting ability if they don't have excess muscle, excess fat etc...
Dude I grew up enjoying Bolo and his career!. He was and still is the number 1 bad guy in movies to me!.. I first saw him in Bloodsport and later sought out the many movies he was apart of.. I wish I could've had the pleasure of meeting him and saying Thank you for his work!.
Yep, probably the most imposing villain ever to appear in a martial arts film. Interestingly enough, he also pulled off the good guy role fairly well if you look at movies like Shootfighter and Tiger Claws 2.
Way back in the day, An actor and I were walking to the set. We were walking past the trailers, Some one flicked a cigarette at me, I was like what the fck. Then i noticed it was Bolo smiling at me who flicked it. I was like o shit. He started laughing, did i scare you? Im glad to have met such a legend.
Wow! Bolo is one of my favorite "bad guys" he is the ONLY guy that is known for his "Presence Only" with this span of history, he NEVER had to utter a word.. and "we all know who he is...AND the only bad guy at his age that will still probably kick our asses! He is must be following The Alpha Manifesto for real!
You know how good he was as a villain? I hated him so much as kid, I always imagined my dumbass 6 year old self fighting him lmao. I now respect him as an adult. Thank you being so badass during my childhood
A lot of people don't know that Bolo Yeung and Jean Claude Van Damme are best friends off screen and have respect for each other for years. They're only enemies in films.
Bolo is blessed to be around for a long time I've seen him in movies with Bruce Lee Bruce Lee son Brandon Jean-Claude Van Damme and alot of other great martial artists
This was THE bad guy of my childhood. I knew that Bolo and Bruce Lee were friends as well as with Van Damme and I thought that was the coolest thing ever as an 11 year old. Now, with a son of my own, I will introduce the legend that is Bolo to him.
Don’t scare us like that, I personally think he is the best martial arts actor around, he is actually one of my heroes, I would love to meet him one day.
A true martial arts icon ...his legacy was immortalised from when he graced the screen of enter the dragon with the legendary Bruce lee..still a fantastic physique for his age 👍❤️🇬🇧✊
Bloodsport. Double Impact. Enter the Dragon. Bolo was a great villain. Very scary. The other films you showed where (I assume) he was the hero looked pants.
The only asian martial artist who has so buff muscles and flows like a water and it makes the most out of it because he saw Bruce Lee and fought with him is a true living legend ! respect
