Of all the driving channel's out there, I like yours the best. Giving a brief explanation is a huge difference but other folks creating content do not take the time to get the truth to tell ; they just grab up(download) whatever they can to show. That's what makes you a CuT above the rest. Keep it up & forgive my telling the idiots they should slow down and to be kind by letting people on/off the roads, exits, and in merging lanes. I'll be getting my, "RANT" on..... peace
Thats exactly what i was thinking like if he had stopped he would not have got hit the same amount of time it takes you to speed when a light turns from green to yellow that far out is the same amount of time it will take for you to slow down and stop
yeah yellow is less of a warning of "hey this is gonna be red soon" and more of a statement of "unless stopping is unreasonable, stop" im not an expert or anything but im pretty sure that can have the pov driver labeled partially at fault
but whatabout the lady on the sidewalk? cringed and recoiled, then just started to keep walking like she was gonna pretend she didn't know what happened, then finally stops and turns around to look lol... like wtf was that reaction?
especially after hitting the guard rail once. he just bounced off and acted like it was nothing. i would have been shitting myself and pulled over after the first time!
The mind boggling thing is at least half of these wrecks were easily avoidable by one of the vehicles, but they just continue straight into the other vehicle 😂
I agree. And who doesn't look to make sure traffic is stopping before going when it turns green. I feel like so many people don't know how to drive. Be a defensive driver not an agressive driver.
Exactly a lot of them are either distracted and not paying attention to see the other stupid person coming or they are speeding and causes them not to be able to stop in enough time. Always be aware of your surroundings and drive the speed limit to do your best to avoid accidents as if these drivers were doing that, could've been avoided and saved them a lot of pain and time.
The most important lesson here: In many of these cases, the victim could have avoided becoming a victim by being more aware of dangerous situations, by not trusting drivers to do their jobs, and by avoiding crazy drivers rather than just watching go by ... use your breaks and move aside. Accidents are expensive, prudence is free.
That's was the first thing my mom taught me, "assume everyone else are idiots and don't know how to drive" That has saved me more times than I can count.
I still don't understand #3, 0:43, Like how and why did the cammer keep on moving? And how the HELL did you hit a whole other car that had nothing to do with the first crash they caused!?
Could have been confusion. It didn’t state how old the mother was. They should really start mandating yearly drivers tests for anyone at retirement age.
STOP letting people try to left turn across multiple lanes. You ARENT being rude, you are saving them from their own stupidity and saving innocent people as well. ALL THEY HAVE TO DO is go up, turn at a light and come back. STOP!
I was almost in an accident because of that same reason the other day. I’m driving forward in the far left lane and they’re letting somebody cut through traffic to get to the other side….I CANT SEE THROUGH CARS like wtf😂 In high traffic situations people have to stop doing that smh
I don't think you can block entrances or exits, though. Which is why you leave gaps. Unless I'm wrong and you can block entrances into parking lots, etc.
@@RasAlXander In certain areas there will be painted diagonal lines on the ground saying that you can’t block certain entry and exit ways but some drivers will stop the flow of traffic to let someone cut across
for anyone confused on number 3 the mother went unconscious after the first hit and the son in the passenger seat who has some form of autism tried steering the car out of the way because the mother still had her foot on the gas, nobody was drunk, nobody was trying to escape, it was a medical emergency which whom the son tried stopping the car
#4 1:02 Okay, both drivers were uninjured, but WHAT ABOUT THE KID? You can't just say the kid was hit on the sidewalk and then completely omit their status! Lol We need answers
It's probably made up nonsense. Like the other videos where the commentary says stuff like "I showed the cop the footage and he said the driver was a wanted felon with outstanding warrants and he was drunk and armed" the police would never tell you that because of GDPR regulations
@@alecs3031Varies on a state by state basis. Florida for example is VERY open about being allowed to speak about that sort of thing (which is actually what leads to the Florida Man phenomenon)
@@mikeworkman3593 Oh it's public record, absolutely. I'm not denying that. It's just some states have even more leeway than others about what can be said in regards to that. Like for one it's "He had a felony for x charge", but other its "A felony for x charge because he was doing y like a dumbass."
Yes it happened to me, l was on a different antibiotic and it put my vision off. So I told the doc and they said I had an allergic reaction to it. I stopped taking it, and waited till it was out of my system before driving again.
@shaunpcoleman They will in the States too. There's no excuse for it, even if it's prescribed. There's plenty of warnings to not drive if you feel dizzy
Doesn't look like a wire, looks like the part with the light went right through the grill and the other end of the lightpole snagged on something lifting the front of the SUV. Much like a lever works.
#99 are you on your phone or something? Sure they turned at a bad time but you had literal decades to react and slow down or move to the left lane. And that second hit? 100% your fault for flying up and brake checking him. That semi probably weighs 10x as much as your car and has brakes that take time to engage, so he was never going to be able to stop fast enough to miss you when you come in that close. You should have your license revoked.
Agreed, also passing on a double yellow line is illegal, at least according to what I saw in the drivers manual. The dashcam showed the cammer passing on a double yellow line + cutting the truck off (too close for following distance).......Cammer is 100% at fault the second time.
@@SparkDragonFloof11 Cammer's 100% at fault for the first one, too. Sure, the truck probably should have waited to turn, but cammer had more than enough time to avoid the crash -- but couldn't be arsed to even slow down!
I couldn't believe it either when I read the text overlay for that clip that said new meds gave them double vision... so wtf are they driving for. The driver is a total chunt with a silent 'h'.
For real, I would have waited until effects either wore off or I got on a new med that didn’t do that. That’s very irresponsible and he could have easily put a lot of other people in danger. Smh
@@DeadlyChinchilla loose his license or at least get some kind of suspension since it was a coherent decision and technically driving under the influence/impaired
@@adrianalavez4140Exactly, as soon as I realized the light was already yellow when the clip started my first thought was that they probably weren't gonna beat the red. The fact the tried while people in opposing traffic were still trying to turn was even wilder.
I don’t get how the dash cam driver was saying it was the other guys fault. He had plenty of time to slow down and stop for the light. At the least it should be 50-50 fault. And he tried to approach me 5 minutes after claiming his fault until he pointed at the dash cam. A dash cam doesn’t make you %100 not at fault all the time. The cam only proved he made a dumb decision trying to beat the light
i get what you guys are saying but he still had the right of way through the yellow light. sure he probably should’ve slowed down (i would’ve with how long it was yellow) the turning cars still have to yield to him.
I love how in 51, the driver has danger zone playing on the radio as he's driving on a highway about to be in serious danger from a car crash. Almost feels like foreshadowing lol 😂
99. Another one that has a death wish. There was plenty of time to slow down to not have to swerve and avoid the back of the truck. Some of y'all are a danger to yourselves and others on the road because of egotistical reasons.
I was thinking the EXACT same thing same thing! It’s like people don’t realize they can stop a situation from escalating… while driving too! 😂 Chasing them down to hit THEMSELVES on the car later is crazy too… The self report is wild 😂😂🤣
ikr this made me so mad bc why would you cut in front of a truck?? what did he expect?? why on earth did he not stop earlier lol.. dude must be a narcissist !!
This one really got to me the stupidity is astounding, he didn't go left until the last second, he didn't slow down at all, he is the one that hit the truck, then calls it a hit and run and brake checks a semi truck expecting anything other than being rear ended??? Ridiculous.
@@Frenzy724 I think it is the same mentality that it seems like 50% of the people out there have where they will actively speed up to keep you from getting over. Then someone will get over and hit them. And yes it is technically the merging vehicle’s fault, but it’s like come on man. Just tap the brakes and let them in. Why go through the hassle of dealing with insurance just to prove a point? Which I don’t even know what the point is. To teach that person to never be in the wrong lane again? To drive more recklessly? To not use a blinker next time so you don’t know if they are getting over and thus can’t block them? I know it’s bad, but I have gotten to where a lot of times I don’t signal for this reason. I have noticed that if you signal; cars immediately speed up to block you. Absolute petty ass hats.
Wow, this video is both thrilling and educational. The variety of crashes showcased here serves as a powerful lesson on the unpredictability of the road. It's a great reminder to always wear a seatbelt and never underestimate the importance of cautious driving. Great job on putting this together!
not totally, they have the right of way and the light was not red. Plenty of people do this, just unfortunate that the driver turning left did not yield. You are legally allowed to make the left turn even if the light is red, as long as you are pulled out into the intersection. Don't know if that is all states, but this is an unfortunate accident that both drivers could've avoided
@billieeilishfanstck116 The pole that was hit was a power line. When it went down, innocent car went onto the line, and when the tension of the next poles over took effect, the front end of the car was lifted up
@@kathyr2792 Right? Also the cammer did TWO illegal maneuvers in the second try at the truck.... He 1) passed the truck on a double yellow line (you're not supposed to do that according to the drivers' manual) and 2) he cut the truck off (Too close + no following distance. Cammer has road rage, he's 100% at fault
@@SparkDragonFloof11 Glad i am not the only one thinking that. You saw from (Yeah, I exaggerating it a little bit 😀) MILES away that the Truck is turning without looking for oncoming traffic. He had so much space to break but instead he never hit them up until the last few seconds and not even fully but enough to swerve. Instead he deliberately hit the Truck. Every Insurance who isn't dumb would declare their own client as the one at fault, especially after the Roadrage that happened afterwards were he crossed double solid lines (In Germany it would be the equivalent of a Single Solid one) and cut of a Truck. He can be glad that he didn't spin around or, worst case, rolled over... Idiots never see the fact that a Semy is ALWAYS stronger than a car so i don't see the point in trying to "wannabe educate" one when the Danger Level is that high. Hopefully his Insurance blamed him and costs now SIGNIFICANTLY more then before.
@@NeverMind439 In the u.s. it's legal to make a left hand turn into a driveway or business over a double yellow line ! It's illegal to cross a solid 18 inch yellow line for any reason !
#99 41:43 although the semi should had waited for you to pass, you had MORE than enough time to brake but chose not to. its idiotic to solely pin the blame on the semi, when yourself had failed to avoid such an avoidable accident. then you proceed to CUT OFF the semi, somehow forgetting the mass distance a truck that size needs to safely brake- hello??? dude was just trying to milk some money out of the semis company while hoping for others to back him up on his stupidity..
I am never not looking in the rearview mirror. I actually wasn’t aware of how much I rely on it until I attempted to rent a van that didnt have one. I literally had to trade the cargo van for a gmc savannah lol
Living in Florida now for 4 years I’ve become a more patient driver. The majority of the cammers could have avoided the incident had they not had rage issues. Lighten up people!!!
The POV car is at fault tho. Straight lanelines, meaning one can't change lanes unless there is a medical emergency, which for sure the POV car did not have. And if the POV car just checked before illegally changing lanes, it could've been avoided.
@@ndb_static_6850 There is almost endless footage of SUV's rolling over without being struck or speeding. There is more than one reason why SUV's are not nascar material. Being extremely top heavy is one reason.

Yep, never once tapped the brakes. In fact it looks like he sped up while the other guy was trying to clear the intersection. 50/50 at best. Mostly the cammer's fault though imo for not stopping when he should have.
Well, you are watching a video of known car accidents, you're anticipating a crash. They are just driving like normal and not expecting a crash at every second.
@@teagancombest6049 Well, you don't want to succumb to paranoia, but... I was trained using the Harold Smith driving method. He developed a system for driving on what was then the "new" type of highway (the Interstate and Defense Highway System). You don't automatically assume everyone is trying to kill you, but you look for suddenly developing hazards (which appear and disappear quickly). Long before I learned this system, my Dad told me "things happen a lot faster at 70 than at 55".
@@teagancombest6049 Driving normally means employing defensive driving which means keeping an eye out for any possible accidents. If they aren't doing that, then they are driving like idiots.
Lesson of the day: stop holding up traffic to let some cross multiple lanes to make a left turn. It always ends badly. The vehicles traveling in the inside lane closest to the shoulder can’t see past the traffic in the outside lane closest to the median. When you try to be nice by stopping traffic to let someone cross several lanes to turn left, you’re putting everyone in danger. A young kid in my town got killed by that exact scenario a couple years ago
The number of people running redlights and stop signs in this video make me think that people shouldn't be granted the rights and responsibilities that come with adulthood without proving they're not a total moron trying to get their darwin award as quickly as possible.
Woman cammer at 58:48 runs stop sign (albeit slowly, nevertheless, running it), blames other driver with right-of-way and no stop sign for hitting her and then claims they have "tunnel vision", and "inability and not being ready to make an emergency stop". Get a defensive driving course or get off the road! We are surrounded by incompetent, selfish fools.
People that stop in the middle of the road to let people pass in the median are 90% of the problem, if you’re driving and they’re WAITING to turn, they’re just gonna have to WAIT for a safe time to do whatever they need to do…….
Number 25. When the car takes the pole out. The pole: shooooot I'm not the only one that's about to suffer : takes out an entire other civilian vehicle, lifts it up off the air and keeps it there.
#3 0:43 the mother was in the drivers seat She passed out after the hit, and her foot was still on the gas The passenger was had special needs (most likely downsyndrome) and tried to steer the car, which ended up hitting the truck
And it could have been avoided, if the POV car didn't change lanes illegally. Straight laneline means you can't change the lane. And the POV car for sure had no edical emergency going on.
😂🤣😂🤣🤣😂🤣 and then proceeds to immediate enter the intersection without checking for stupid people ignoring the fact that they now have a red light, lol.
14.....why would you drive on new medication before knowing how it effected you? there is a reason meds have a 'do not operate heavy machinery' warning on them ya know
When the traffic light turns yellow and you are far away, you need to stop. Always remember that safety comes first, and stopping at a yellow light is an important part of careful and responsible driving.
Gold suv was first off the exit. Merged without looking into the middle lane. You can see their tires as they do it. Black car swerved. They returned to their original exit and entry lane, taking the exit back to where they came from. Looks like the cammer followed them.
is nobody else talking about how that 80's squarebody caprice just got spun around, absolutely clocked the dashcam car...and just STROLLED ON BY? XD (start at 14:07)
Shit that old is quite literally built different. I got T-boned in my '74 dodge pickup, and was back on the road in a little over a week, while the red light running camero was totalled
One thing that I like about these videos is how many people stop to help and make sure nobody is hurt too badly, I think it shows that there are a lot of nice people in this world
Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, Nirvana... Seattle in 1988/89 must have been a blast at the clubs! I lived around 3800 miles away at the time...
26:45 This was funny. Not the accident but while I was reading in, the line that says “I was only hit by small flying car pieces” my mind went to “small fly cars” before I read the next line. When I read the rest of it I laughed at myself.
