I thought that too, but looking back you can see the bimmer goes fully into the left hand lane on the corner - In my opinion the Ka was only nudging over the line as he was trying to avoid a potential crash, should the BMW continued in that lane and not corrected it. Bad BMW driver for sure.

The ferrari clearly went over the speedlimit, and accelerating/revving is something thats illegal in most towns across europe.
