@@litamtondy Haha no it’s not difficult at all.. if your injured and it’s not your fault, your car damaged and it’s not your fault, insurance covers it, or and you can sue them. Especially if your injured.

I hate it when pricks in super cars crash into the average driver because that car probably means a lot to the average driver and they probably can't afford either the damage fixes or having to buy a new car altogether
+Luke Birrell I'd hate it even more when it gets to the point that you're in court and the pricks in super cars can afford a fleet of top notch lawyers while the average driver has to rely on someone they can afford just to blow their savings on a fight they already lost.

Even more hilarious: saw this clip back in the days (this crash is a few years old) in the news. The driver of the crashing ferrari is a friend of the guy who recorded this. The ferrari was rented only for a couple of hours, the crash pilot had less then 30 minutes behind the wheel before they joined the highway, crashing the car in the first mile. I hope you get a premium insurance package if u book such a event rental (i looked it up: in germany you pay a few hundred bucks for less then 1 hour driving time).

2:17 I NEVER understood these people who open car doors as wide as they go. Unless you're massively fat, what's the point? Pisses me off when some skinny bloke does it. Twice as annoying when you're in traffic and someone does it in front of you when they could clearly open it half as wide and still get in easily.
And also take a moment to appreciate the total opposite of the final video of the GTR that seemingly didn't even bother with the brakes even after losing control and going the wrong way round a roundabout.

Honestly, I hope the insurance ruled him guilty for that. It's like he had no situational awareness. He just opened the door as widely and got in as slowly as he could.
@@litamtondy Unfortunately, the TV company won (the guy was a tv presenter) and the bus driver was blamed for "not being clever enough to avoid stupid people" and lost his job. Sad.
These cars are actually hard to drive! too much rear engine hook up lightens the front end...woops-no steering and "BAM! it happens faster than the driver can react! These cars look great but are mostly for show!
can we all commend the driver that got hit in the first clip? Literally just cruising on his way to work or what have you, gets smacked by a GTR doing at least double the speed limit in his rear quarter, rolls with it for a bit, avoiding the wall on the opposite side of highway and was able to whip it back around and get to the side of the road while still moving. Skills in a split second.
3:49 the guy coming out of that corner is in the right here but he wanted that to happen, look at his front wheel drive wheelspin when he sees the lambo approaching, he could’ve easily avoided that

haha lol you’re wrong guys. he’s actually a car journalist from poland and he said in one of the interviews that he had broken left arm that day so he open that door in that weird wide way so he can get in to the car comfortable. that was clearly an accident and what is funny the bus driver got an ticket cause he had use the bus station illegally
