Actually, in the book, he has two appearances, one old with a moustache, and one young and morbid. So in the sense of an old and ancient Dracula without the corpse-like paleness, yes sort of.
I love that Dracula is a player from the 70s. I couldn't believe that he was voiced by Samurai jack. Edit: My comment has been blowing up a lot lately with what this version of Dracula is based on. I've known about Fred Sanford but I've never heard of Blackula.

I can do a good Dracula impression, but I were to replace Phil LaMarr at voicing him y’all would probably rate mine as being a okay replacement, but sounding too gruff at times.
I love the zero amount of fucks this series had. This why I LOVE OG Cartoon Network. They knew that to make the humor count, it had to hit from where you didn't expect it and it had to hit you HARD with it, and gawdamn did they hit hard with the unexpected humor.
