Who in their right mind would put a northstar in something? I understand it was probably an old idea but there are dozens of better engines

On the oregon dunes anyone with a v8 was some scabbed together peice of crap and VW rails were it. Then somewhere in the late 80s it was pinto engines and onto today. These cars are fricken insane! The suspension would have been a huge advantage but then these huge hp motors! I'm finding myself dreaming of owning one.... my yxz just doesn't seem so awesome in comparison.🤨

lets say fabrication work alone is close to 30-40k then the 1300hp big blocks probably another 30k and everything else racks up another 60-70k

The most expensive thing is engine but the budy is just a steel with welding way costs a lot

+Mohammed Ghamdi yes the welding labor is what's gonna make the price as high as it is because its probably only 4-5k worth of chromoly tubing but cutting grinding and welding is looking at probably over 200-300 hours
