She got leaked for DLC in Strive due to a datamine of the pc version. It's pretty much confirmed as her name and model with animations and all were found in the files alongside the other 4 DLC characters.
She's still not here... Guilty Gear got its first _guest_ character in Lucyna from Cyberpunk, but Jam is still waiting for her invitation while Dizzy and Venom have been invited back.
