I fucking love whenever Jerma’s trying to explain some random rambling thought that just comes off like nonsense and he says with complete desperation “don’t you understand??” Or “don’t you guys get it??”

The alien rant made me realize that Jerma would without doubt fuck up the first contact and lead to interstellar conflict

That cut of him explaining why he cannot wear the light to him wearing the light in silence is comedy gold

my favourite thing abt the "aliens amazed by humanity" bit is the idea that a species of alien life avanced enough to either 1. create a vessel that can take them across galaxies to us, or 2. disguise themselves from our radars and hiding in a nearby solar system until they approach us first, would still be shocked by the idea of geodes, fire, or cheeseburgers.
