He was obviously talking about the relationship between them. My guess is that he was fed up with Jungkook always rejecting his affections. Even some of the members thought that Jungkook didn't like Jimin. This was 4-5 years ago (from 2020) so if it was 2015 we all know JImin stopped showering JK with affection around may-june 2015 which really was an eye opener for JK.
