As a dad and a golfer I love seeing this and can only imagine how proud John Sr. is of his son. Love the coordinating pants/shorts deal they have as well.

if we're behing honest, the only reason he made it to 50 was because of this kid and because he wanted to set at least a decent example for the kid. without that motivation, i really think john would have drank himself to death in his motor home years ago.
Nice to see the kids got some real support from his dad. I had some talent as a kid but my dad didn’t like me doing well so he rail roaded me every time he could.
Same here as far as lighting up the tour. Hope he can do it if given the chance. We're rooting for ya John Boy! It's great to see Big John take such delight in the big kid's game!
I will say golf is getting good again with the level of talent and play, can’t wait for the next gen all the legends and their sons coming into their own. Wishing all the best to Little John!
If Big John watched this, he couldn’t be more proud. A lot of funny,/snide comments, but any father would be proud raising a son like that. God Bless Big and Little Daly.
This kid is gonna get better .Then he's gonna destroy everyone I really love it .John Daly is a good dad and my idle in life .Big John everything he does he goes big .
I always loved watching john daily play.., even on his bad days...seemed like a guy that gave it his all, and wasnt worried about the money or winning...if it happened fine, if he didn't fine...very glad to see his kid playing...gonna give me a player to root for..
The absolute focus and determination and 13, 14 years old? Hope he doesn't get burnt out. This kid can play! Be proud Sr. Keep him in other activities, golf will become easier for him.
kids going to be a regular name on the tour for years if he continues down the path he is on. you can already tell, kid has poise and class for a youngster. im excited to watch another generation of daly play on tour. the last one was fun, i think this one will be too. wishing nothing but good for little john.
I get the feeling little John is a perfectionist based on his reactions on some of these seemingly good shots. Good to have a dad who’s laid back and encouraging rather than a perfectionist himself
100%. kid has poise and guts just like his pops. i really look forward to watching this kid on tour in the future. he could be the guy that helps golf come back to the masses like john did.
Would love to see 'little john' follow in his dad's footsteps, but taking the game 1005 seriously. How awesome would be it be to have another Daly on the screen for the next 25 years?
I remember seeing John being filmed in Ireland with his eight year old son in a bar. It was Daley’s birthday. He said “I’m 39 and I’m going to drink 39 beers. His son at the time was very obnoxious. Father of the year. Good luck kid.
