Maserati is the title sponsor and powertrain provider of the racing team. The team is based in Monaco and with a monegasque license. It is the same with DS Penske which is under US license, DS giving the powertrain and sponsorship.
Jehan Daruvala, Gunther's Indian team mate was racing in his rookie season in season 10. Gunther always seemed to showcase the potential to be consistent. Now he signs up for DS Penske, season 11. Really happy for the young German's ascendance.
