It is lovely to see proper spearfishing in the US (instead of the usual shooting fish on scuba crap) Most of the east Coast spearing videos available on RU-vid are all about scuba. Very impressive quantity of marine life, surprised to see wahoos in the North Carolina waters that are quite shallow. (i think)

God Daymn, this guy shoots that Spear like a six shooter.. Great shots, most from a pretty great distance too... Man that's gotta be a rush.. I wonder how many times the fish you speared attracted sharks though.. I'd probably pass out if I saw a great white circling . ha haa .. Great footage.. Mad respect to you all !
Great vid guys I live in Alabama on the gulf coast I usually have to run 30 to 50 miles off shore to get to blue water but I still don't think its that clear the gulf of Mexico is the toilet bowl of the US lol I love free diving just sucks having a 2 hour boat ride then getting into the water that will wear you out fast but great vid guys keep up the fantastic work
troyferrouillat I’ve gone 15 miles out into the gulf here in Florida and I’ve been able to see the bottom from the boat at 50ft on several days. The gulf must be different up north.
brrr mobile bay is what makes our water so dirty very seldome you can run 15 miles and get blue water majority of the time its not I have to run 60 miles off shore to get in deeper then 200 ft though
Nice catch, You won't be even dreaming about finding such a beasts in no less than 120 feet in the Med... We always worked hard to get the catch there, I live now in the US, I do alot of BI, MTK, and Jersey diving viz is always bad, I truly enjoy deep waters....... So creepy when you cant see the bottom i.could see how some huge creature that only hunts in dark lives down their giant meglidon type creatures people see from time to time
Amazed at lack of sharks. Shoot one fish in the Bahamas south of Exzuma and you will have half a dozen agressive bulls...white tips and lemons...at least. Good luck men.
