@@christophedohet8877 Grinding in that game? Not anymore.. I had too much. I just play ELC and switch it up with other tanks for good measure. When I play. Which is not very often xD But I do listen to Sabaton as well, so we're on the same wavelength here :D
and now that Sweden was added to Age of Empires III Definitive Edition (and they have Caroleans as their heavy infantry unit), i can spam-play "Carolean's Prayer" and "Carolus Rex" as i steam-roll Russia and avenge the loss at Poltava
I played this mix while playing Mount and Blade, and on one moment Price of a Mile came up during a siege of a castle of mine, it wasn't well themed on my side, but I could see it being the funeral song of the Swadians, seeing them die by the hundreds without even crossing the stairs.

Yall may think this is crazy but i actually listen to this as i go to sleep. Not sure why but it especially after a crappy day help me relax most of the time
I also listen to this playlist in bed, I've only just been able to look at the comments lol, some people say girls shouldn't listen to hard metal rock, but screw them
@@Lulu-ut9pv back when a few friends still had a band and did local shows some of the best bands were either with a female singer or guitarist. At least in my opinion
Helped me power through methadone withdrawal, while loading 50k of freight before dawn every morning. I got your agro right here....my natural german bravado turned to irritable survival mode. I woulda fought a panzer solo just because I felt so shitty but wanted to live and hated myself for doubting that for even a second. That inner battle turned everything in life into the trenches. Battle hymns helped SO much.
@@OriginalGlorfindel I feel you friend. The inner battle is the worst. Physical and mental hit both at the same time. Im glad you're doing well brother. You will always have my respect and love from your buddy in 🇨🇦
@@benisaten I feel shame now, 2 months later, for how mean and irritable I was, but I survived it while still loading 50k lbs every damn day. Mean as a damn rattlesnake and twice as onery. You don't want to see me hangry, I would fick some shiesse up if I had to ww2 without rations. Lauri Allan Torni would have competition.
after having a history with prescription adhd meds i kinda know what you been through..... like when i went cold turkey from 3x 180 mg dex-amphetamine a day. hope you got over the worst of it... and remember NO not even once just never touch it again okay ?
I love it that a lot of people on here are saying they are listening to Sabaton as they do their homework and I was thinking that I was the only one that did that, but I also do workouts to them so I get multi uses from their songs. LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys and their songs> keep rocking and stay safe
@@nickharden2971 all three of my kids listen to them. They are the ones that got me into Sabaton. I have taken my oldest son to see them in concert a few times.
U know whats the best about every Sabaton mix? It does not matter which one you choose, they are all good because there is simple not one bad song :O Seriously even if you are not in the mood for a few, they are just solid awesome
Its kinda hard to stop listening to this. their songs are just so good its a bit of a challenge to take off my headphones XD I just wish i could listen to these while listening to audibles aswell
The lyrics for Wolfpack really evoke the terror of the unknown. What's lurking in the deep? Sea monsters? No. Other men, and that is worse than any sea monster.
The Price of a Mile played just in time with my squad's last stand in Verdun (the level is Flanders, 1917). Eventually we got overwhelmed but we just switched to melee combat and killed right after the second verse.
Your comment make me warm at heart, but I'm sorry to say. Sweden as it portraits in these songs are not anymore. Like most of western contries, where feminism took a grip on our pussies. :-) /Micke P
Hearing this while playing B&I (A roblox game based on the napoleonic wars) makes me a beast on the battlefield. Sorry If I have any grammar errors, I am mexican. Lol
about: 'The Price of a Mile'. The Third Battle of Ypres, also known as the Battle of Passchendaele, was a campaign of the First World War, fought by the Allies against the German Empire. The battle took place on the Western Front, from July to November 1917, for control of the ridges south and east of the Belgian city of Ypres in West Flanders, as part of a strategy decided by the Allies at conferences in November 1916 and May 1917. Why was the Battle of Passchendaele so muddy? The shelling tore up the earth and the craters filled with rain which quickly turned to mud. Soldiers drowned in trenches because they were unable to clamber out as the walls gave way under them.
This is my first time listening to Sabaton. I must admit I am pretty taken aback. I don't know what I was expecting but the name Sabaton just sounds like one of those "Trve Kvlt Black Metal" names. I've always associated Sabaton with the likes of Satyricon, Dark Funeral, Emperor, Enthroned, etc., without ever really paying any attention to their material. Just goes to show...
Firstly: Great video, 2 hours of Sabaton just fucking gets me through shit, so thanks. Second: Are there any plans to do an updated vid? I still play this a lot, but there's a lot of songs I'd love tagged on from the more recent albums. Thanks again dude, love this.
I agree very much on your choice of songs, but this was back in 2016. Today I would want to add Christmas truce, Bismarck, Nachthexen and Great war, straight out of my head. Just from a musical perspective, I would like to remove1648, The final solution, Poltava and Screaming Eagles. Metal ripper is also just a tribute song.
