I really hope scott comes back soon, but it’d also be really funny if he doesn’t upload for the rest of the year, and then on January 1st 2023 he uploads a video called best of scott the woz 2022, and it’s just a re upload of this video because it’s the only video he made in 2022 Update: This comment did not come true. I am so relieved, but also slightly disappointed.
ever since scott stopped posting, the world has gone off the deep end, we need scott to repair the world update report 1: over two months past nintendo switch 5 years in's scheduled release date, it's getting kind of bleak because its *may* update report 2: OUR LORD AND SAVIOR HAS RETURNED!
the wii shop channel and dsi shop completely stopped working a little while after Scott stopped posting, maybe if he comes back the wii/dsi shop will come back-
Where have u gone. Where have I been. Where have I been… I’ve been watching all of your videos scott and and then… And and and then…. And and and then…. I waited until the end
Last December on his twitter, Scott said that he would be taking a long break because the year was exhausting because of his weekly upload schedule, as well as having to juggle a lot of other stuff. That’s why it’s been months lol
My whole life has fallen apart after Scott stopped posting. My wife left me, I lost my job, my dog died. Every night before going to bed I check if Scott has posted a new video, only to see that he hasn't and I cry myself to sleep. When I wake up the first thing I do in the morning is check for a new video Nothing. I cry more. In the afternoon I check again and every time there's nothing, so I cry even more. My only sources of happines are watching videos of Scott saying "sex" over and over again and praying to my altar of my physical copy of The Internet and You. Please come back before I give in and crumble to dust.
You think that's bad? I was born with glass bones and paper skin. Every morning I break my arms and every afternoon I break my arms. At night, I lie awake in agony until my heart attacks put me to sleep.
Came here from r/place. We built all around the r/scottthewoz logo and y'all were so considerate that I had to come check it out. This is honestly the funniest video, I see why the fandom is so chill
Fitting that he ended it with the reprise of “Stupid Nintendo Games.” Imagining it live and seeing the cast all do a big finishing number would be a good end to a show for sure!
Scott normally takes a break after new years and this man has made hours of content just this year so let him have his break he'll probably be back by summer at the latest
At this point, I feel he films like 70% of his videos in advanced and just finishes editing throughout the year and kicks it off with Nintendo switch. Weekly content with his quality gotta have some prep time beyond the one week. Really adds to the idea that he feels like a Saturday Morning TV show
Just wanted to post this here for anyone returning and waiting for Scott who doesn’t check Twitter! This is what he had to say! “Hello, hi, welcome! I wanted to apologize for my prolonged absence this year, absolutely nothing's wrong, I've just been busy juggling numerous larger projects all at once to come back with in addition to figuring out what a good schedule for myself moving forward should be. For the past five years, I've put this RU-vid channel above everything else and I don't regret it. However as each year passes, not only do I want to have a higher standard for writing, editing, camera work, etc, but I want to ensure my personal life isn't eaten up entirely by these kinds of projects. I love them so much, this is what I've always wanted to do and I wouldn't trade it for the world, but I don't want to spend ALL my time at the computer writing and editing, I want to spend 90% of my time at the computer writing and editing! A while back, I was going through my phone's camera roll and nearly all of my pictures from the past few years were related to some work I was doing for a video, which kind of bummed me out how everything I do is related to the channel in some way. I have some of the best friends, family and loved ones in the world who support and understand what I do and I will forever be eternally grateful for them and their help, and because of that, I know I need to make more time for everybody around me, as well as myself. Wanting to create bigger and better content while also trying to ensure I make time to be human means I can't keep to the normal weekly upload schedule, which is tough because that's how my brain has been wired to work. Believe me, I've wanted to get back to the swing of things for over a month now, but I have over a dozen Scott The Woz episodes I'm working on at the same time, many of which range from thirty minutes to two hours long with music and animation involved and all of that. So trying to work on all of those in addition to chipping away at projects for later this year while also trying to nail down a concrete schedule that's a healthy balance between work and life after being absolutely exhausted from 2021, THAT, is why I have been quiet, maybe also because I do not like social media oops. See you soon!” -Scott The Woz on Twitter
I feel that this year in terms of episodes were more quality over quantity. Although there weren’t as many episodes as we wanted, they were still great videos full of Scott’s hard work. Scott also had other achievements through the year like appearing on tv and a monopoly board. Thank you Scott for bringing us the best content whenever you can and I wish you the best for this year… Edit: Thanks for the likes and reply’s. I’m happy that other people have similar feelings.
Kinda disappointed that this wasn't called "Best of Scott The Woz 2017 Part 5", 2017's a small indie year that could've used the exposure In all seriousness, even though uploads were less frequent throughout last year, 2021 was still incredibly huge for Scott, with stuff like his exclusive version of Monopoly, here's to another great year!
I remember someone pointing out that Borderline Forever had a higher rating on IMDb than Endgame, and they were right. Borderline had 9.9 and Endgame had 8.4!
This might sound corny, but i want to thank you and your friends for making laugh and smile millions of people around the world with every vid, you put so much love and effort into any proyect you worked on, to the editing, comentary, specials episodes, etc..., all of the people featured in this channel made this year a litlle bit less horrible to be honest.
Millions of people around the world? More like just a few million of people that has watched Scott the Woz I mean just look at it, he only has 1 million subscribers and his recent videos only get over 1 million views which is not enough.
Jerry Attricks has become my favorite character over the last two years. He’s just got absurd over the top expression and Scott writes the most hilarious lines for him.
Scott made a twitter post explaining that they have a lot of videos they are working on, but they realised they’ve spent the majority of their time working on the RU-vid channel that they need time to spend with their family and friends. The realisation came after noticing most of the images in their camera roll were for work. Honestly don’t blame them for taking a break if it means fresher more enthusiastically made videos in the future.
It's with a heavy heart I have to notify all of you. Our beloved Scott Wozniack has passed on from this earth. He's choked on a copy of chibi robo ziplash
To all of you wondering where Scott is, he posted this message on Twitter a week ago, "Hello, hi, welcome! See you soon!" So don't worry, Scott isn't going anywhere. He's just trying to enjoy life as well as improve the quality of his content (which is a hard thing to do since his content was already perfect). He didn't discover women and dipped, as one commenter said. Just let him go at his own pace. The content is coming.
@@livispuzzled I've been watching Scott since 2017! The first video that I saw of him was Call Of Duty on Wii, there isn't any other creator like Scott he is just amazing!
For those who don't know Scott usually takes breaks every year last year he came back in March and then in 2020 it was February for 2019 and 2018 it was January so hopefully he comes back this month he definitely deserves one with how hard he works on videos
I agree somewhat but it is weird to me that this time he just didn't mention the break at all (he usually says beforehand that he's taking one) and that it's been MUCH longer than usual. Not to mention he hasn't made any social media posts either. I'm slightly concerned tbh.
he normally uploads at 8 PM ET, but it's 8:06 and I didn't find it (I searched "nintendo switch", went last hour and didn't find it but I found an impersonator that rickrolled us) - I guess Scott died because of the Wii U & 3DS eShop closing...
@@UltiMaker2 You see how RU-vid says this video is only 2 months old? That is inaccurate. This video was posted at the end of December 2021. It’s been 4 months. That’s 1/3 of the year…. I think Scott may have quit. 😞🥺🙁😢
@@leonmouse27 the date is wrong. I have been keeping track. The last video posted at the end of December, 2021. I’ve checked every Sunday since. I am certain.
They really revealed mario and Rabbids 2 just to never reveal its release date, yet they added a release date to Fire Emblem warriors three hopes and the next Mario Strikers game the second they got revealed.
You know, I check in every week and I watch at least 3 Scott the Woz videos when I do. I also look throughout the week. It’s getting to the point that I’m not only concerned about whether or not there are more videos coming, but I’m worried that Scott (and co.) are all okay. Can’t find anything out there. I just hope he’s all right.
UPDATE ON NEW SCOTT VIDEOS (via the Official Scott The Woz channel on Parler): Apparently the next video is all about Arcade machines and features something called a "Polybius", whatever that means. Unfortunately none of his family, friends, or production team have seen him since.
Honestly, unlike the other year compilations Scott has done, him alternating between various videos instead of presenting the best clips from each video chronologically makes less context, which makes it funny.

Writers Log, March 20th, 2022. It's been around three months since anyone's heard of RU-vidr, Scott the Woz. His sudden disappearance from RU-vid has been a curse befallen on us all, but it's lead us fans to wonder; where'd he go? Did the copies of Chibi Robo Zip Lash finally get their revenge? Did he quit the platform? Or is he simply taking a break? Little did we know that as we continue to question his personal life, Scott was working on his biggest video yet, a video to celebrate 5 years on the platform, the name of which no one's knows. Until that fateful day when he uploads it... Edit: Ok so I kind of called the reason why Scott went AWOL, but now the comment is dated, which is fine with me.
Thanks, Scott. I don't know how, and I don't know why, but I'm here, and I get to watch these videos. I feel like I'm very, very lucky to be able to do that. Once again, thank you for deciding to become a content creator. You have given millions entertainment, from once, to up to over a thousand times.
Guys, I'm not gonna lie, I played you all. I formatted this comment perfectly to get likes, and I did. Albeit, I do believe everything I said. I just would have said it in a more casual way.
@@saltyralts yeah, nobody ever uses that many commas in a comment unless something fishy is going on. also you said “for likes” yet only got 60. big rip
please scott, it's been 3 months. my family has read nothing except Christmas catalogs from the 80s and 90s. we're starving. jk love you, take your time
Hey Scott. All here. It’s 4/17/2022. It’s been a Looooonnnnggg time since we saw you. We want you back, WOZ. We miss you. Bring back the blue border!!!!
On one of JonTron's vids, he legit said that Scott the Woz's subreddit was his subreddit until he started lacking on the upload schedule. This comment is so amazing!
Here is a statement taken directly from Scott's Twitter explaining his absence :) "Hello, hi, welcome! @@YustinJ420 1000% agree. I don't use twatter and never have. I don't like social media either Scott, so maybe put this on RU-vid (where you post videos) as opposed to a social media platform like Twitter.
I can also confirm. I drove through ohio and decided to stop at a mcdonalds. Then I decided to order and I heard scott's voice tell me, at the drive through "hey all scott here, so what do you want to order, Gex or Donkey Kong barrel blast? I also don't reccomend you trying our chibbi robo zip-lash meal" So yes i can confirm.
This man deserves so much praise for the job he puts into his video and how his jokes always stay consistent. And not just that he's never selling out or telling you to like/subscribe, he rather focuses on his content at hand. Truly my favorite RU-vidr of all time, Scott The Woz.
