Best webisodes of the lost/unofficial final season of Space Ghost Coast 2 Coast from the GameTap network run (May 30, 2006-May 31, 2008). As it was a web series at the time and the webisodes were 3-5 minutes long and not aired on Cartoon Network/Adult Swim it is not seen as the official last season (IMDB.com lists them as Seasons 10 and 11 before Season 12 which aired years before them) but it was another revival of the show that had interviews with mostly people within the world of Gaming except for some of the later episodes where Rockers like Dee Snider of Twisted Sister, the Barenaked Ladies, and the singer of Morningwood were interviewed. Despite being the last aired season of Space Ghost, the last episode of Space Ghost Coast to Coast actually came in December 2009 ("Avatar").
Starring C. Martin Croker as Zorak/Moltar and George Lowe as Space Ghost. Space Ghost was designed by Alex Toth and created by Hanna-Barbera.

It's kinda crazy that there are like 3 of these episodes that are lost. Imagine having a semi-popular show with lost episodes due to failure to preserve.

It happens. Mystery Science Theater 3000 has at least two lost pieces of media, one being the 3rd episode that aired on KTMA-TV23 back in 1988 and another being an unused short for a canceled CD-ROM. The CD-ROM was to feaure two riffed shorts but to this day only one has been located.

I was thinking recently how much of western pop culture in the last 30 years has been an indirect result of this silly cartoon. Cartoon Network was literally reruns of Bugs Bunny and Scooby Doo before this show, and Ted Turner didn't want to fund original programming, so some employees made a cheap pilot by cutting up old cartoons Ted Turner already owned. It was a hit, and eventually the creators were given the okay to acquire some foreign cartoons and do an action block. Toonami broke anime into the mainstream in the west. After that success, they were given a late night block for mature audiences. Not only did several AS originals become culturally significant works, but a number of Fox's mishandled cartoons were given a second life. Family Guy, Futurama, and King of the Hill owe a lot of their present place in the cultural lexicon to these goofballs.

This show had a lot of facets, but it’s sort of like the precursor to Between Two Ferns - the awkwardness was a crucial part of this show.

"When GameTap was defunct in 2010, the episodes were considered lost media until the majority of them were found and uploaded to RU-vid by Another Archive Channel, although a few episodes are still considered lost media to this day." From there someone uploaded them to Archive .org (/details/sgc2c-gametap-episodes), and then I took the funniest of the bunch and edited them slightly. Sadly they will likely never be officially released in high quality but on the plus side they aren't subject to the same copyright laws as the rest of the series thus I was able to share it without worrying about RU-vid blocking it.
