Both ways actually. If you watch carefully, he was riding on reverse some of the times and other times forward. But yeah, he rode it mostly in reverse. We only had a short time to play and experiment with the sample provided by the manufacturer, so we couldn't really modify the bindings or anything like that.

cameraflyer I don't know this particular board but I would assume you can just unscrew them and the board should have several holes for different configurations (regular/gooffy)

the belt just doesnt seem secure enough at the top with that little gear linking to the motor and it feels like if that little gear hits something it might bend and thats when the belt will keep sliding off

Maybe you can't, but I think people can. As you can see he was able to ride it quite well even in reverse. We had the sample only for a short time so we couldn't change the position of the binding during that time, hence the reverse riding.

Technically reverse is just a bit in the software, the left motor is just the right motor reversed..Depends how the board handles the reverse option. I can make my Evolve go 40Km/h in reverse with an Arduino and a RF24 module just by sending 1 packet. You might argue in this case a forward pull is better/more stable then a back push in the case of rough terrain...

Ill try to describe them as good as possible. the Part where the Gear from the Electro motor and the gear which is connected with the wheel through the V-belt is completely open ... so lets say if a samll pebble or something simular would fly inbetween those gears and v belt ... it would totally wreck your wheel and you could not move it at all anymore wich is fun. you know what else is fun? having this almost 20KG beast in the middle of nowhere stuck without working wheels... but hey this only happened twice bevore i threw it in the trash (500€ well invested btw) but you get a toolkit in the shipment wich you can use on the run! mhhh no .. this toolkit sucks so hard i dont know if it is even the right one for this board its so bad designed you cant even get at some screws with it. overall dont buy this it dosnt work offroad at all and took 6 month isntead of the listed 2 month of shiping. they never tell you where it is since they dont know themself! pls dont waste your money on this, it was no fun.

I saw in another video, that you set the strength of the braking on the controller, just like you can with motor power. How it works, I don't know, but considering the speed, any braking that isn't just my foot is welcome 😋. P.S.: The maker of that video said, on the highest setting the brakes are ludicrous

From what I've seen, there are only one set of holes, but you can just flip the board, so the motors are in the front. Sure, "Front-wheel drive" doesn't sound sexy, but some users claim, the thrust-balance between left & right motor is more even. All I know is I can't wait to give mine a try 😁

I'm asking because I've seen other brands and even DIY kits producing very similar board, but some of the components were not the same. So I've seen very positive reviews and others that were more on the negative side like yours.

nah the breaking is already waaayy to strong it just yanks you off the board and you cant regulate how much breaking force is put out

Hi, thanks for asking. For question 1 it will stop slowly and then going to the reverse direction; for question 2 if the battery runs out you can use it like a longboard theoretically as long as you have really strong feet, but we tried that seems really hard as the board is heavy :D

It's certified IP54 which means that it will resist to dust ingress and water splashes, but I wouldn't submerge it or ride it during a heavy rain storm... Well I probably wouldn't even if the board could ;)

JERRY no te perdes de nada son malísimos a la mínima cuesta se quedan sin fuerza y la batería no dura nada. También depende del uso que le vayas a dar y sobretodo del dinero que te quieras gastar. De todos modos te recomendaría muchas otras marcas que por el mismo precio o similar te dan mucha más calidad.
