Been using a 55" 4K Visio M55-C2 since 2015 wall mounted and ~4 feet away as my main PC/Gaming monitor; totally love it! 55" is definitively great at 3-4 ft. Not sure if I really need/want HDR to upgrade to the Samsung S95B which is awesome. Have that one in a bedroom but I think it would be too much at just 3-4ft, just too large. On the + side, the 55" is lower cost, so save some money there if I decide to do it.

I would wallmount it so you're getting more space on your desk plus the distance is more centre to when you're working

Yes, love it, but just make sure you know what you're getting into for OLEDs. Their quality is ace, but they require babying eg. You should hide the menu bar and dock, they start dimming if you leave the screen static, eg. Have a word document open without scrolling occasionally. And get an extended warranty in case of burn in.

@@headsoftech I am starting to laugh at the burn in paranoia going on. I have not been able to find anyone who has had this happen with any of the line of currently available OLED crop of TVs

How do you find clarity? I’ve tested oled with my Mac and pixel clarity such as text is awful compared to a decent IPS monitor?

Yeah it's really lush. You just have to disable all the processing settings like sharpness. I'll do a video going through all the settings I changed.

@@headsoftech omg yes please on the video. I sold both oleds I tried as the copy just looked too awful, would be really interested to hear how you resolved.
