Thexder! One of the first games I ever played. Used to steal time on my mom's Apple IIc to play that, Pirates! and Transylvania all the time as a kid.

Thexder was my first ever computer game i had on my IBM PS1 wirh windows version 3.1. Man i wish i still had that machine!

starfield gets hate cause its just oblivion with a space skin cause bethesda hasnt made an original game since 2006. now the oblivion/skyrim/fallout 3 formula was very good but people were expecting more from todd this time.

I thought this game looked pretty cool when I was a kid. A friend of mine had it on his black and white Mac. :D I had a C64 and later Amiga and PCs, so I never had it. Other than the jet transform, the game is somewhat similar to Metroid games, so that might be one way to enjoy something like this in a modern package. Of course they do have a touch more of the platforming you don't like, but they're INCREDIBLE games (if you've never played them.) Also the Turrican series is pretty similar (though also with more platforming). Also, the game Deceptor on the C64 is pretty similar and cool (though with its own spin. You can tranform between three things). It's more strategic like Thexder, less platforming.

There is a semi-remake of Thexder on the PSP called Thexder Neo. It was only a download game..not released physically

You know something I’ve always want to play Microsoft flight simulator on the Xbox One. Unfortunately my council can’t run it. I have to get a series S rex so I downloaded the game and then they said oh if you want to play Microsoft flight simulator need to get a new console, so I got so mad with them and decide this is why the game is so huge like Disney land Paris

Starfield isn't bad per se it's just mediocre at best at everything it does.😂 I'm glad cgr enjoyed it tho.

I'm not that interested in Starfield, it just looks boring really. Would love to see one about Morrowind or even Oblivion. Bethesda used to make actually good games once upon a time.
