This is probably the best performance carburetor for a 150cc bike, most of the carburetors are 26mm but this one is 29mm so there is more power available to you. TPS works flawlessly, for FZ16 ans SZR. choke functions works out of the box, stock accelerator cable works, but you need two things in order to fit this carb in your bike, check the video till the end.
This carburetor is tested by me check its mileage..

Definitely, go ahead with the Gixxer carburettor. But keep in mind black smoke indicates that fuel is not burning, so there might be some other problems, like spart plug and coil.

It's stock handlebar of szr, szr szx and sz have same handlebar. I like the stock handle most, apart from this, you can also use handlebars of fz Gixxer hornet Himalayan etc..

Unicorn has a unique tps sensor plug, no other carburettor has it. You can use other carburettors but it will not be as smooth as stock one.

Hi sir.. Here I have a doubt, may be silly.. There is a small curve shaped plastic box inserted in to the rubber tube which connecting air filter to the carburetor.. What's the use of it? I think it is directly opened to the atmosphere.. Another doubt.. What is the use of that long black tube connected just upside the fuel tube of the carburetor and it's other end open somewhere behind the air filter? Please answer..

That is called resonator, its there to eliminate noise coming due to mis firing, further smoothen out the engine noises.

Bro, I'm interested in changing my fz16 carburettor to Gixer bs3 .. bt the accelerator cable position is different, and the side is conjusted with battery and it's box .. so I'm still doubt to buy that carburettor because it may correct suite for szr,, bt not in fz16 .. pls make a video or any usefull tip

Avenger 220 comes with 32mm cv carb, and this carburettor is 29mm, so engine will not get proper fuel in high rpm, hence there will be power loss. Not recommended.

This one is best as tps is functional. Pulsar carbs are cheap but tps will not work with them. So my opinion is to go for this carb. It's even better than stock carb.

Top end power will be better in Apache 180. But low end torque will be sacrificed with bigger venturi.

There are two types of choke piston, with and without pin, both works. No worries.

You can use any 150cc carburettor for unircorn. Like p150, Gixxer ,150, but Unicorn tps is very unique, will not work with other carburettors. So in idle rpm the power delivery may not be smooth.

This one is a perfect balance between mileage and performance, pulsar carb dont have functional tps sensor so throttle response is not that good, My opinion is to go for gix carb with some tuning it can do wonders.

Bro which one is better this carburetor or genuine mikuni carburetor, how performance, we need a comparison video quickly, I cant buy mikuni carburetor because of high expensive 26000 LKR ,srilankika, fucking politicians are destroy my country, now we lost jobs no foods no money no diesel petrol gas, fortunately India support to srilanka, I didn't drink milk tea within 2 months, every things lost,,all peoples are having foods and jobs problem, I have a fz 16 2011 year, carburetor must replace, but no jobs, no money, so that I am trying to find same performance calculator to mikuni carburetor, also very rare bikes parts here, no anywhere fz clutch dampers rubber kit, cables and meny more, Indian people's are very lucky ❤

That's really heart breaking, I wish everything becomes normal asap. Both stock mikuni carb and gixxer ucal carb is performance oriented. So don't expect high mileage out of them, If you really want the best mileage and forget about the performance for some time, I would suggest you to buy szr carburettor. Between the stock fz carb and gixxer carb, gixxer one is definitely better, if you consider its price to performance ratio. I hope that helps. Take care.

Fuels problem is very bad in Sri lanka, all fuel supply from India, Sri lanka government hasn't any cash to pay and buy fuels, so India government given the chance for paid cash for fuels as post paid methods, 1 petrol Ltr is 420LKR, no octane 92, it's actual value is 79 octane, very very difficult to live here,,

Exhaust valve clearance should always be greater than intake valve clearance, I don't have the service manual of rtr, when you don't have factory specs then always start with the valves being a little looser, then gradually reduce the clearance if needed. Start with intake .08mm exhaust .1mm if it makes noise then reduce it to .06mm in .08mm out.

@@EzMeck special thanks to you , i will make today all valve are 0.06 very good sound now then before , tvs main service center told me all are 0.06, before this setting in 0.06 ex 0.08 and i felt not good now i feel quit good , i invite u to come bangladesh dhaka.

It's a performance carb, so don't expect a increase in mileage unless your stock carb is bad.

Eautuo is a fraud. I ordered for purchase of carbuator which was stated as available for suzuki fiero on 19-8-2023 and paid the amount as requested the amount. The fraud company M/s Anay Autoparats Retail Private Ltd, have not shipped the carburator, but also failed to refund the amount of Rs.2527/-. Kindly I caution the public not to loose the hard earned money to this fraudster. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WITH EAUTO.

Apache ki carb me koi sensor nehi hota, koi v bigger size carb se better performance mil jayega jaise p180, gix155, rtr180 lekin mileage v thora drop hoga, keep that in mind.

I have a k&n filter plug and play and a dagrex full exhaust system for my fzs, there is a carbeurator malfunctioning and I want to replace the same. Can I go for this carb??

Yes, this one is much better than fz carb for you as you are building a performance bike. Also with high intake and exhaust you must increase your carburettor size. So gixxer carb will suit best for your bike.

Hi, Bro which version is it. Is it BS III carburettor or BS IV ?. When I try to order online from the purchase link it is out of stock, I went to Suzuki Gixxer service centre, thy said asked me to confirm Bs III or Bs IV please clarify.

Its bs3. Bs4 one has some extra vent pipes for pollution regulation, those are un necessary. Go for bs3 unit.
