আমার একটি ২০১৮ সালের Gixxer bs 4 আছে যেটি ৬০ কিলোমিটার মাইলেজ দেয়। ৬৫ ৭০ কিলোমিটার স্পিডে, আমি কলকাতা থেকে ফুল ট্যাংক তেল ভরে শিলিগুড়ি গেছি নেপালের পোখরা থেকে ফুল ট্যাংক তেল ভরে ঝাড়খন্ড ওয়েস্টবেঙ্গলের বর্ডার অব্দি এসেছি কলকাতা শহরে 40-50 কিলোমিটার এর উপরে চালানো যায় না সেখানেও শীতকালে 60 এর কাছাকাছি মাইলেজ দেয়

I want to clear out a fact first, mileage and performance are complementary to each other. So either you have to choose for mileage or performance. Gixxer carb is overall better in terms of performance, however in high rpm there will be drop in mileage.

If you can do the r15 exhaust mod, go for it, it will boost the performance and efficiency. Really a worthy modification. Before that I used to get 38-40kmpl max.

Use rtr 180 red cap carburettor ucal-29 in your bike and test it. Waiting for the review. I have pulsar 180 carburettor in rtr 160(properly tuned) I'm getting 40kmpl, Is it ok?

The main reason I found to be the stock exhaust. I used to get around 40kmpl with stock exhaust, soon after changing my silencer to r15 v3, I never got below 48kmpl.

@@EzMeck How does the silencer directly related to mileage.?? I mean mostly mileage depends on riding conditions/way of riding, engine condition(compression), clutch, condition of ignition, valve settings, cam lift, fuel quality and quantity (as bunks fool us with wrong reading), silencer condition (as too much carbon deposit restricts flow and restricts proper heat dissipation. I cannot believe a significant boost of around 8kmpl mileage with V3 silencer.

Yes you can use this for long time, every bike needs minor adjustments in jet sizes, so keep that in mind.

It's a direct fit for szrr carb. For szr V1 and fz tps wires need to be shuffled. Check my video on tps regarding that issue.

No, same refinement as a stock carburettor. It performs like a hot knife through butter, no missing no jerks like pulsar carburetors have.

Yes thats a problem with p180 carb, not with gixxer carb, is well tuned for 150cc engine
