I feel like I was near death when I started planet fitness exercise and hydromassage a couple months ago. Now I feel like I've been oxygenated through both exercise and hydromassage. I feel good again. My arthritus and depression symptoms are getting better and basically I feel like I have oxygen moving through my body again.
