No change there after 25 years of not eating pie and mash . Cooks , Robins , Goddards with Manzes at Walthamstow or South of the River at the bottom . My friend opened a pie and mash opposite Manzes in Walthamstow market in the late 80s , discovered at lot of these places were buying their pies from a wholesaler at the old Co Op dairy in Dagenham , and so bought his own pie dishes ,made his own pies of far superior quality and ranked top of the tree for years , then selling a very successful business . Many also use a liquor concentrate/substitute for flavouring when it should be mash potato water ,eel juice reduction thickening and parsley with seasoning .

A feature-length 33 minutes.. you're spoiling us gents! I watched in admiration and horror as you sampled the eels 😬 I get that they're a delicacy, but they're not for me. Some great content and, again, wonderful chemistry between the two of you. I'm not pushing for a reveal on the bikes that will be chosen for the haggis hunt, but the choices for that ride! Strangely entertaining, great work lads, good real world example of electric bikes. Hunting deserts while planning your way home was funny, greedy bugger! You had me concerned when I saw the Jack Daniels bottle for the Vinegar especially when you were talking about liquor. Haggis hunt will be brilliant I'm sure.

If you go on the Haggis hunt, I really hope you do. The best Haggis I've ever had was in the hotel looking over The Brig O Doon, Ranbir Burns country, I'm sure Bruce will be able to get you there. My father and Grandfather were both butchers in Scotland with a wee shop in Keith a small town between Aberdeen and Inverness. They sold Haggis but never tried making their own, there was a supplier of extremely good products like Haggis and Black Puddings from Dornoch (Grants of Dornoch) it'd be worth a ride up there, maybe catch some of the NC500, Scotland's answer to Route 66. As far as bike routes go there are plenty in Scotland but one I'd personally recommend is along the river Spey, especially into Rotheand Craigellachie. All the best guys, don't just limit yourself to the Borders (should be Boarders really) and the Central Belt get up into the real Scotland in the Highlands and Morayshire, check out the Whisky Trail but please don't mix Whisky and riding. Absolutely loving this series! Well done gents look forward to the next one, everytime I see a video on electric bikes though just seems to reinforce how impractical they are, can't use get a full charge because you'll get a fine, can't charge two bikes up at once so have a long wait, can't leave it on a charging station in the street because someone can come and stop the charge... What's the point, other then that great video
