The look of the upper vs lower shtick on the Connoly's pub makes me wonder if it's a dish detergent thing. Lower looked nice, upper looked like I've seen when dishwasher fluid is still on the glass. Man, these videos kill me- couldn't get a pint like any of those to save my life here. Great work Guru. Keep it up.
Great shout. Don't understand pubs not having a dedicated dishwasher. A single knife with butter in it fucks up all the glasses. Always loved Belgium as most decent places only hand wash.

Major fan of yours all the way from California, USA. Tasted guinness from a can by accident two month ago and thought it was flattest shity beer I had ever tasted. I wondered why the fuck it came with a plastic ball inside the can. I started to do a little research on-line and your video's popped up. I have learned a lot from your videos and really got to like Guinness drought stout from a can. There is one local bar the serves guinness pints not using guinness glasses and I liked it better from the can using guinness galsses that I purchased my self. I guess I'm still yet to find a pub or bar that have "SHERIOUS PINTS WITH SHERIOUS SHTICKS". I would love to purchase a SHTICK shirt or hoodie sweatshirt from you when available. Keep drinking thoes pints and making videos so I can watch them enjoying a pint "mi self".

You've put the Longing on me for a few pints in shoot the crows, I get exactly what you mean about the unique taste , It's the most consistent pint of Guinness in Sligo, McGlynns has a very good pint too.
I have run the numbers top 5 towns for Guinness according to the guru (and users who provided the pubs). 1. Dublin (top pubs video where he went all over the shop) with an average of 8.75..... 2. Galway with an average of 8.6.... 3. Dingle average 8.52... 4 Limerick 8.42... 5. Sligo avg 8.28
You know you're in an Irish bar when people come to see what the crack is and banter. Also, you look around and see quality woodworking in the bar. Dark woods oak wood boards on the walk, sealing and floor, and beautiful dark wood bar and bar stools. Not to forget and, most importantly, quality Guinness and Irish whiskey 😊
If your still down there go to the beach bar at hughris head best pint I've probably ever had and it's right on the edge of the athletic ocean . Lovely pub thatched roof good food . 10 out of 10 I'd give it
Beach Bar is legendary. Old Shebeen from generations back. No toilets until the 80s. No gents till the 90s. Walk the strand back to Dunmoran to sober up.
wasn't long ago I went to all the same pubs in the london video, nothing but Guinness being drunk in their establishments now! Prices hiked up a bit too lol. Would love if you'd visit Edinburgh. Used to go to college in Sligo and used to drink Guinness in the Belfry as it was the main pub I'd go to. Always thought they served solid pints there tbh.

I got a beer dispenser called fizzics, it pours any can or bottle like a pub pint tried a pint draught Guinness can in it and was stunning can put the handle back for the domeage worth a review pal love from scotland only £100 from menkind! 🤝
@Rob Hooley pull towards fill just over the harp let settle then push handle away for some domeage its really worth the price even the lager is great! 🤝
Pulling back for the whole pour tastes better I would say. I’ve also tried Surger cans with jewellery cleaner machine and that was better than fizzics I would say
@@chrisp351 for me just a few mm left at top n push back for a bit of domeage never been a problem, the fizzics is just overall a nice bit of kit for the price, I have a perfect draft, sub blade and krupt torp in the man cave but like the fizzics as it does pour you a pub pint with just a can or a bottle and alot more selection than the kegs 🤝

If You were heading back towards Dublin O'Connor's in Ballisodare would have been a two minute detour off the dual carriageway.
The first time I ever drank Guinness, I thought it tasted like soy sauce. Then, months later, I tried it again and thought it was the best thing I’d ever tasted. That being said, it wasn’t until I started watching your videos recently that I gained a deeper appreciation of the mysterious nuances of a pint of Guinness. Brilliant as per usual! Sligo ha , Christ your brave 😂 All messing aside some solid pints there 👌 I’m actually majorly impressed with the Nitro cans . Here in Cork I’d only rate two places . Pints in a pub can vary greatly, so you’re videos are of the best of the best , hence the scoring. Well done and keep up the great content 🇮🇪🇮🇪👌
