Know this is a bit old, but thought I would try anyway. We are going to Savannah next week (Yay!!). Which ghost tour did you do? And did you do the trolley? We did the hop on hop off trolley in Boston and loved it! We are staying on East Boston Street and hoping there is a trolley and bus stop within walking. Thanks
Sandfly is so good. The Stream liner car is fun to have your meal in as well. We also like Vinnie Van Go Go's for a huge pizza slice. It's in a great old building, in City Market. Crystal Beer is a good place with good food but, the last few times, there were bunches of shells in my she crab soup. I quit having it here. IMHO, stay away from Lady and Sons. Yuck. Get past the goofball Gump in this video, and it's good.
B Matthews will be a NO for me. I had the chicken n' biscuit and at $12 plus $2.50 topped with a egg that wasn't all that great. As a matter of fact the chicken was way over cooked, i thought it was the pimento cheese until i saw the chicken was burnt and i mean burnt. Skip this place for breakfast and go to Debi's or Henry's in walking distance for a better and much cheaper meal.
@Rusell Shaw it is a good place to live. It just depends on where you live in Savannah. I have lived here all of my life. There is always something to do. You just have to find it.
There was several places that I liked to eat at when I lived there, the pirate house to name one, but would not want to live there ever again. Maybe visit but not to live there
