Best Places to Live in Celebration, Florida 

I lived here for 4 years ish of my childhood. I loved it so much, its where I would have fun everyday at spring park with my friend. I moved out two years ago I miss it so much.

This guy gets it. When I move back down this is my guy - knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Hi Ken, your videos popped up on YT default page and I looked at them all. Celebration is one of our favourites places of all time, we visited the town about 15 years in a row before the pandemic. We're from Scotland and travelled to Orlando every year, stayed many years at the Buena Vista Palace where we met an incredible friend in David Bowden, who I believe now works for KR too. The peace and tranquillity of the town is magical, a walk around the lake with an ice-cream, the brilliant "Kelly Burger" at the Town Tavern (Was it called the Boston Garden at one point?), the brilliant (original) small shops and we also went to a July 4th celebration (no pun intended) too one year, I have never seen that place so busy. We have also stayed at the Bohemian Hotel, great hotel and great food/service. Like some other comments, the refurb of the cinema needs looking at (and supported locally) as it's an eye-sore that doesn't need to be there. Celebration - we love it.

Moving down to the area sometime in 2022 after my son heads off to college. Celebration is one place of interest but I personally would love to see a video on Waterfront Homes but not too far from Disney. Since Disney is why we are moving to the area. Have you done a waterfront video from a buyers stand point?

Hey ken.what parts of this beautiful town can we rent any kind of home ? Anywhere in celebration..I do love my Starbucks.and going for walks.I would too that feeling knowing we can swim 12 months .a year

Does Disney still have control -we love celebration and have been eyeing it for a few years and would love to check out the new area will they have high HOA fees or will it be more touristy with a lot of rentals

I thought disney didn't own celebration anymore ? They are going to own Island village ?

Could a single guy who lives very simple making about $2500 a month live in Celebration anywhere?
