My first pair of boots are 7 inches. I dont think there is such thing as beginner plats tbh haha

I really liked my Killstar shoes, actually over my Demonia in terms of them being more functional and comfortable. The demonia are a wedge heel type and they look SICK but after 4-5 hours my feet are dead. The Killstars, not heeled like that, feel like normal shoes!

I actually have a pair of demonia shaker-52’s They’re very easy to walk in and they’re comfortable, and still look badass

I was so relieved the shaker is easy to walk in

just got my first pair of Neptune 210s, I found I didn't need to adjust how I walked very much with them! Id recommend them for others wanting that sorta style of combat boot/alt boot hybrid

Im saving up for the Shaker-52 boots in white for my first platforms!!! Im so glad I watched this video so I know I'll be good with these as my first platforms, I ended up getting obsessed with platforms a while ago and I decided to save up!

My first pair of Platforms actually were Buffaloes. After I bought the black ones I completely fell in love and bought the white ones too. Now my black ones are falling apart (i wore them nearly everyday for 1 1/2 years). I recently bought the Demonia shaker 52 wedge and they were higher than I'd expected but I'm currently planning on keeping them (I could still send them back bc I didn't use them or have them longer than 30 days)

I personally really recommend doc martens platforms for a first type of platform boots since their platforms arent that big and doc martens will last you longer than demonia which usually break around the heel (i have the sainclair which are approximately 5cm) , and im planning on buying demonia ashes-55

another more expensive brand is Dollskill. they do mostly have platform high heels but i did see some boots also

i got buffalo butterfly sneakers and absolutely loved them. comfortable and amazing looking. wore them everyday in all conditions. despite paying 100€, they didnt even last a year. saw later on a reddit post of someone's buffalo shoes having the same rip in the shoe's sole as mine :/

i bought two demonia platforms for the price if one basically brand new but sadly they do infact run small and they arent the right length

My first pair were like 2 or 3inches and second was like 5inches lol getting another pair soon

you should DEFINITELY also check out the sustainability and the workers rights of the shoes!! we all know it costs more, but rather buy only a few pairs or even just one pair that you adore instead of tons! ♥️

Try Anthony Wang shoes. The platform is hidden, and about 6-7 inches tall. These shoes are fairly chunky, and in many color combinations that are really crazy, as well as black and white. I have 5 pairs of them, as sandals, sneakers, and boots. They are variable in price, say 55-100 US dollars. They are very comfortable, and run true to size. (Jan Griffiths).

Im planning on buying my second platform shoes, my first ones were the swing ones (102 i think) and for me is really really hard to walk in them. I wanted to take the "kera 08" from demonia, everyone say that they are comfortable but im scared that i will fall 😭 Also i liked the "shaker 32" i think and they are tall the same and it doesnt look like the platform is the same, so i thought that i would take some less tall shoes so i considered the slackers or the dollie but everyone said they were uncomfortable. I really like the sprite 02 model. Also im scared that if the platform its too tall and without ankle support i'll die. Do you recommend any demonias under the knee (if possible) easy to walk so with a not too big platform?
